Greg, Vodafone Sutton

Greg, at the Vodafone shop based in Sutton, Surrey, honestly couldn't have been more helpful.
He helped me move from a sim only deal with great benefits(which had sadly come to an end) onto another great sim only package with fantastic benefits. Very helpful. Greg spent a lot of time helping me, and got me a great deal.

Really friendly and helpful staff

Really friendly and helpful staff who sorted out some complex issues with transferring data from a very old phone to the new one. Ainsley helped us mostly and he also took advice from a senior member of staff, a lady whose name I didn't get, but who was also very friendly and helpful and quick to identify the issues.

Ainsley - Vodaphone Sutton - 5 Stars

Today I went into Vodaphone Sutton, Surrey Branch. My current contract was coming to an end and I needed advice to find a cheaper monthly contract as my last one (which was originally through Carphone Warehouse) was super expensive a I could no longer afford such a high month cost. Ainsley was a new starter at the Sutton branch he was so pleasant. He listened to and answered my queries and was so thorough in trying to find me the best possible deal which encompassed everything I needed included. He checked in with his colleagues to make sure he was finding me the best he could being as he was a new member of staff.

I really appreciated his time today - I hope more people who need help come across him!

Josh was really amazing and did a fantastic job. He helped my mum select a phone and guided her through the entire process....really great service...he is very personable and fabulous at his job ...thumbs up from us 10 / 10

Phone and sim only upgrade

I had a very poor experience with the online customer service, came in to the store very irate however Gregoire was very calm and patient with me and explained the process. I ended up taking out 2 contracts in the store, leaving very satisfied and happy with my experience.
