Generally fine. Vodafone in general are a very difficult company to deal with. Spent four hours today trying to do a very simple task, so had to go into my local store to resolve. Got my issue sorted without too much fuss.

I went in to query my broadband and was served by Zoe. She was very knowledgeable and knew the answer to all my questions. My usual store in Yorkshire always tells me to call up customer service but she really couldn't of been more helpful if she tried. Great service will definitely be back. Thank you so much zoe !!!

Greg is the name of the specialist who assisted me today at Vodafone-Sutton. We had a good conversation while he was opening a new contract. The system was slow but good because I enjoyed my time at the shop. He is very professional and skilled at what he is doing. Greg is very welcoming and is ensuring I got the contract I wanted. I am happy to be with the Vodafone network, which deals with the UK's most reliable, sensible, helpful, value-for money and customer-oriented network. I highly recommend getting your contract at Vodafone-Sutton.
