Excellent help in plain English

Excellent help in plain English from Maddie. She had everything at her fingertips and was extremely patient , helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us all the available options and didn’t try to sell something we didn’t want or need. Made renewing a contract and upgrading a phone a straightforward and easy process.

Great job 👍

They processed my order eventhough their were some issues with it, he stuck with it until he resolved the issue. He allowed me to charge my phone, whilst Iwas waiting. He was very polite, with a good sense of humour 😀 all the staff in the Swansea store were polite and helpful anytime you go there

Amazing!

Jakub was amazing. Sorted out an upgrade for my son. Really informative and helpful and great customer service. He is a real asset to Vodafone. He also managed to save me a bit of money which is great 👍

Came in to store and saw Katie in the Swansea store. Fabulous service. Excellent customer service, helpful and really friendly. Found us an amazing deal! Cannot recommend highly enough ☺️
