Upgrade

We came into Vodafone, because my daughters phone wouldn’t work and Nazmin helped us straight away, not only did she give us a new phone with a great deal she also managed to bring myself and my partners sim only contact down, saving us over £50 a month. Thank you Nazmin

As I was in town I went to Vodafone to rectify a small problem with my billing. I had the pleasure of being served by a young person called Georgia (Swindon). Not only was the small problem completely explained, she went through every option for me, which will ultimately Will mean I buy a new handset.

Simran was incredible at the Swindon…

Simran was incredible at the Swindon Town Vodafone branch. Dealing with a fault in my dad’s phone and then letting me know she can get me a better deal than O2 - making me leave them after 20+ years with them. Promote her! I also bought an iPad while she was switching me through her too

You should be very proud of your shop assistant in Swindon branch called Conor
