Excellent Customer Service
Visited the Wakefield store today to check about EU roaming ahead of a holiday. Whilst there Jessica and George were able to check all of my Vodafone products. They spent time reviewing everything and I came away with an amazing package. They've saved me a significant amount on my monthly spend, whilst improving my WiFi speed and enabling unlimited minutes and data for my daughter's tariff.
Jessica is relatively new to her role, but was really professional, knowledgeable and helpful. George, as Assistant Store Manager was brilliant in checking everything and was really supportive and encouraging towards Jessica - his mentorship of Jessica was fantastic to watch!
I've had an excellent in store customer experience today and have witnessed an in-store team that works well together to provide the best customer service.

Renewed my contract Scott in the Wakefield store was brilliant!
He explained everything to me different packages ect..
To find what works best for me nothing was to much trouble.
