Fantastic service.Thank you

Fantastic service. Having bought a phone, I struggled to transfer my data. The sales adviser kindly helped me to do this very patiently.I was very grateful for his good humour and massive expertise, as it wasn't proving easy to achieve.Many thanks again.

Wakefield store

Renewed my contract Scott in the Wakefield store was brilliant!

He explained everything to me different packages ect..
To find what works best for me nothing was to much trouble.

He restored my faith in Vodafone again!

Both George and sammah were amazing…

Both George and sammah were amazing throughout making sure I was happy with my broadband and phone package. Couldn't thank them enough made me feel welcomed and listened too nothing was too big or too much trouble for them. They are a credit to your branch. Thanks guys

Karl & Sammah; Great customer experience!

Great customer experience buying a phone from the Wakefield store today. Returning on Wednesday to purchase an LTE watch to pair with it. Excellent advice and expertise demonstrated by Karl & Sammah across multiple visits, coupled with exemplary patience and a thorough understanding of my needs and requirements. Highly recommended!

Wakefield Store

Karl and George were extremely helpful and welcoming. In particular Karl was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid when I was asking simple questions. I had previously tried to upgrade my phone over the phone, but I much prefer attending instore.

Karl is a credit to your company, down to earth and uses jargon free language making things easier to understand.

Karl gave a first class customer service today, nothing was too much trouble. He looked at various options to give us the best deal available. A real credit to the Wakefield office and your organisation.

Sammah was very helpful from the start

Sammah was very helpful from the start, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and helped us find the best plan for my husband and myself. We told her we were on a budget and she helped find us plans that fit. Our experience was smooth and easy. Karl was also very helpful and friendly.
