Fantastic Experience

As I walked into the store I was immediately given a warm welcome by Sham. I had a rather complicated issue that I needed to resolve. Both Sham and Mercedes did their utmost to help me and I could not have asked for more. They went above and beyond to sort out the problem I had, and both were personable and professional in doing so. A massive thank you to Sham and Mercedes from me.

Great customer service in Vodafone Watford . Second time here in a week and nothing is a bother for them and very helpful. Sham was absolutely professional and importantly very knowledgeable.

Quick and easy service

Quick and easy service, lovely environment. Mercedes served me and helped me sort a new sim out, me being completely new to all these she explained everything clearly and helped me get it all set up.

Malina is wonderful

Malina in the Watford store was very helpful and informative. I initially went to the store as I had many issues with my old phone, she helped me pick a new one that I love and and also transferred my data from the old phone to the new one. I highly recommend her services

MY old phone was not working

MY old phone was not working. The manager and the assistant in the Watford store were both polite and kind and helped me get a new phone and move across my data. Thank you to them both for their patience.

Vodafone upgrade

I went to Vodafone for an upgrade and Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all the questions and giving details about plans and options. All experience was good, it would have been even better if the system would work a little faster.

MUST BE SERVED BY AQSA

Came in to get a new sim as I had many appointments and needed urgent help and the lovely advisor AQSA helped me a lot and was able to sort out my issue I am very grateful and appreciated her help so much GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
