When i came into the store today i explained that i had just renewed my contract but the phone i had chosen was not right for me .so I had a great manager who assisted me explained my options was very helpful his name was Alex and he had assistance who made sure I fully understood and made me feel at ease Justyha thank you for you time and patience much appreciated.

I recently needed a new mobile phone
I recently needed a new mobile phone - and was terrified of the prospect, being 84 years old. I shouldn't have worried. I went to my local (Wigan) Vodafone store and can't thank Matt at the store enough. He was totally wonderful - especially given my age and very limited experience with technology. We chatted like old friends whilst he negotiated all the necessary items to set up my new device. I can't thank him enough - his patience and sincere care that I get absolutely the best product for my needs was wonderful. Even the problems of negotiating my old account didn't bother him. He was totally professional, helpful, kind - and human. I would recommend Matt (as well as Alex and Tom) for making my experience as easy and friendly as possible - and completely successful! Thank you Matt!

Been into the store today and spoke to Tom, he was brilliant, he saved me over £25 a month by switching my O2 phone tariff over to Vodafone, he also spent time discussing switching my current broadband which would also save me another £50 per month. Great service and really friendly. Tom gets 5 stars.

Account query and internet
I visited the Wigan branch due to a query I had with my account and was lucky enough to be served by the lovely Justyna! Not only she’s helped me with my query but offered an internet contract which worked out perfect as I just moved into a new property. She was very informative and patient with all questions I had. I totally recommend going to see her as her knowledge and service quality was excellent.

Vodafone best customer services and network performance by far !!!
After 15 years with Vodafone decided to move to Tesco mobile (o2) to get European roaming, what a mistake o2 data speed terrible down to E at one point, cancelled the contract and straight back to Vodafone with the help of the excellent customer service to keep my number , my current data speed is 150mbps not 12mbs of o2. Lesson learned quality service is better than free services on a poor network, my lesson is learned it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it !!!

Visited vodafone Wigan grand arcade and…
Visited vodafone Wigan grand arcade and was served by Matt I was told by vodafone on the phone that mobile would be fixed free of charge and when I got there this wasn't the case but matt sorted everything for me even got my broadband cheaper for me and got me a upgrade on my sons mobile I was in there for a while but he was very patient and did his very best to ensure I got sorted.
