Friendly service and a Good Deal
Very easy to deal with and explored all my options. Being able to chat things through with a friendly, knowledgeable person was much easier than trying to order online or through a chat facility.

Jessica was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
A credit to Vodafone and to its customer service (just like all the staff at that store!).
This is exactly the reason why I prefer to pop into a Vodafone store rather than do it online.
