I wanted to add the Vodafone VeryMe App…

I wanted to add the Vodafone VeryMe App to my phone. Walked into our local Vodafone shop. Richard kindly set it up for me. I can now access Competitions & Discounts and am very happy. Richard and the other staff are always helpful. They're efficient, knowledgeable and very valuable to us.

Dominika at Vodafone in Wisbech was…

Dominika at Vodafone in Wisbech was absolutely fantastic. I wanted help setting up my new SIM. She was friendly, patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was happy with everything before I left.
It’s new to receive such excellent customer service and Dominika is a real credit to the Vodafone company. I would definitely recommend speaking to her if you visit the Wisbech store. Thank you, Dominika for all your help! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today I wanted to do a data transfer…

Today I wanted to do a data transfer for my phone. The person I spoke to last week was not in today so instead I came to Dominika. She introduced herself & got to work quickly, I came back to pick up my phone and my new phone was up & running. Everything worked well & the service I received today was great. Will be back in the future definitely

I came into the wisbech store and…

I came into the wisbech store and Dominika greeted me with a smile. She asked how i was and what she can help with. I explained my problem and she knew what was wrong right away! Lovely girl and I was very happy with the service I received. Great store & great workers!

dominika in wisbech was really nice and…

dominika in wisbech was really nice and she transferred all my data from my old phone to my new one. She was great & worked quickly. I told her that I am slightly deaf and she made sure to speak clearly and repeated herself when i asked.

Help ia always at hand at the Vodafone store in Wisbech

Each time we drop in at the Vodafone store in Wisbech, we are given a warm welome. Richard, who is a highly experienced member of staff sorts out the issue or explains slowly and clearly. We walk out feeling very happy.
