Very Helpful Staff
Plamen was super help full and explained why my bill was the price it was. He also explained a little more about my internet equipment and then reduced my bill down slightly by going through my full usage.

As I’ve stepped to the store
As I’ve stepped to the store, straight from the door I could man at the till being welcomed to me, as I’ve told them what happened to me and I need help, Mr Plamen gave me best experience of costumer service, helped me with changing my address, he is got my number back, showed me how to make sure if anything happens next time I will be able easily get my stuff back which is really important for me.
