Great Individual Staff make an even Greater Team!
The staff here is amazing! Leon helped me the first time getting a VOXI sim deal and explained how to get the best deal abroad. Kat helped me again before I left when I switched deals and just recently Hisham was efficient and explained the student deals for me when I got back from my trip abroad! Excellent staff, everybody and kind and comforting!!!

Great Customer Service
Leon was incredibly helpful and polite, and gave really good advice for all three numbers on my account, regarding the options and associated costs.... even when we changed our minds at the last minute! He absolutely made the whole experience very positive, with my son and I. Great customer service.

Leon in Woking Peacocks store, was amazing in selling & setting up my new Samsung S25. He had to transfer data from my ancient S5 & sorted this out against the odds! & He truly is so professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind. I feel he should be valued & appreciated as a Vodaphone employee, you are lucky to have him. All your staff members in this store are great too, Kat the manager is all the above too.They all go above & beyond with their time & professionalism.

Excellent service by Maddie
I had a problem getting any data on my phone. Maddie efficiently and thoroughly explored all avenues to solve the problem which was a faulty SIM card. She was polite and courteous with a lovely smile when she found and solved the problem. She made the whole experience a pleasure.

You’ve lost a good customer
I’ve been with Vodaphone for over 20 years . 18 months ago I purchased a Samsung flip phone through them , recently the pixels kept going on the screen (like you get on a tv that’s damaged) then it went completely ,all I have is a yellow screen so I can’t get into the phone at all all my details on it ,valued photos so I took it into Vodaphone where a very rude sales person advised that I was 8weeks out of warranty so nothing they could do and if I wanted to I could send off to repair but it would be very expensive …surely this is a fault if the design ??SO now I’m left with paying 6 months of credit which is left on the phone (a phone that’s not fit for purpose ) I hadn’t dropped it or done anything to cause this ,it is a technical fault at my cost .I have 4 Contracts running with Vodaphone but shall definitely not be renewing them when the time comes ,Absolutely appalled by Vodaphone’s neglect to assist ,phones are not cheap (this one definitely wasn’t) .So I had had to buy a second hand phone whilst still paying monthly for the faulty phone and I’m a pensioner .Shame on you Vodaphone my contract is for 24 months the phone should be covered for repair in this time if it is a fault with the phone (if I had dropped it or caused damage to it myself ..I would expect to have to pay for the repair but I didn’t ,Sorry you’ve lost a valid customer when I’m out of contract .

In store customer service is 100x better than online or over the phone
The difference between the service over the phone/online versus in person at the store was night and day.
I wasted hours of time online and on the phone, only to receive bad advice or no help at all. In store, everything was super easy and sorted in half an hour.
