I upgraded my phone today at Vodafone Worcester. Was helped by Ben who effortlessly and politely helped me through the process. No wait, no fuss and no pressure to add extras. Ben is a credit to the store - recommended.

Tom is the man to see in Vodafone Worcester


My phone had stopped working completely. Tom was AMAZING to say the least. He got my old phone going and then helped me choose an updated version. My phone was extremely old! Tom was knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely knew his stuff!! Tom transferred all my data and photos etc. Efficiently. Huge shout out to Tom. Thanks 😊

I visited your shop in Worcester today…

I visited your shop in Worcester today with my 90-year-old father in law who wanted a new phone. We received excellent service from Ben and Abi. Both of them were very helpful and very professional. They are a credit to Vodaphone.

Ben is the best adviser

Me and my husband spent around two hours today in the shop and the process of buying a new phone and adding a tablet on the plan couldn't have been easier.
Very friendly, extremely understanding and patient staff that really go the extra mile to sort out our needs. Our adviser, Ben, was more than willing to put all the options on the table so we can choose what we want. He was very patient and managed to answer all the questions we asked for. No hidden costs or fees, everything was explained in detail and very accurately.
We have been with Vodafone for over 5 years and couldn't be more happy. Every time we walk in our local Worcester shop the advisors are hands on and know what they are doing!
