I had the pleasure of working with Paige and Voices, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the start, Paige was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She took the time to understand the vision for my voiceover project, ensuring that every detail was captured perfectly. Her ability to interpret the script and bring the right emotion to each line truly impressed me. It's rare to find someone who combines both technical skill and creativity the way Paige does.

3 meses sin recibir pago

En diciembre 2024, el día 9, entregué encargo para una empresa con intermediación de Voices, cumpliendo tiempos, formato, etc. La plataforma Voices lo supervisó y aprobó archivos inicialmente. Un mes después, en enero 2025, me dijeron que el pago se retrasaría por el gran volumen del proyecto. 2 meses después, en febrero 2025, me informaron de exactamente lo mismo: retraso en el pago por parte de la empresa contratante. 3 meses después aún no he recibido el pago del trabajo. Siempre que he intercambiado correos periódicamente preguntando cómo va la evolución, la respuesta ha llegado rápido hasta el de hace una semana, día 3 de marzo 2025 que sigue sin respuesta y yo sin haber percibido el pago. En fin, la plataforma aparentemente es profesional y a mí me salieron invitaciones privadas a ofertas casi desde que me registré en el último trimestre 2024, pero según esta experiencia que estoy teniendo con impago no quisiera que le ocurra a nadie más. A pesar de haber firmado contrato interno, que eso me daba seguridad, por ahora me puede más la evidencia real que la apariencia formal... Si hay novedades próximas respecto a la retribución volveré a actualizar.

*ACTUALIZO A 3/6/2025 porque me pagaron por fin el trabajo. Tardaron 6 meses pero cumplieron.

Voices.com is a great format for beginning VO artists. Their website is simple and easy to use, and their voice match algorithm works well to funnel the right kinds of auditions to you based on your skills.

Stay away from this cheat company

Stay away from this cheat company, I and my partner did three hours of voices registrations and after sending them and uploaded on their portal they informed us that we won’t be paid because no more interested, I really advise you to don’t work for this unfair company. They have our registered voices, they can do anything with them and we didn’t receive any

We understand now that our team has reached out to you directly and that a resolution has been reached. Based on our information, the original deadline of the project was November 24, and we provided a number of extensions to you. The work was for 10 hours, but we received just over 2 finished hours of audio by March 5, at which point we had to cancel as the deadline had long past.

Our team has let you know that we are still able to pay you for the just over 2 hours we received from you.

Very helpful staff

Almost everything was great. The only thing - I had troubles with my payment. But it’s because of my location and payments restrictions in Ukraine. Your staff was very friendly and helpful, they did everything they could to help me with this issue. Thanks a lot!

Robbery!

The fact that Voices takes 20% of the talent’s earnings when they already charge the client a boatload of cash to even post their job is robbery. Yes, it is a convenient way to be seen and interact with clients, but so is VO Planet, Backstage, Casting Network, Voice123, etc. and they don’t take 20%. Another way to spell Voices.com is G-R-E-E-D!

This is the first time I used the


This is the first time I used the "Voices" tool and I found the response from potential voices submitted VERY quickly, providing lots of options. After choosing one gentleman, he was very efficient, communicative and responsive to what I needed. There was some confusion on my part on how the site works and that might be an area where design improvement could be of help but the final product was what I asked for. I'm grateful for the end result.

An Authentic Review

I am fairly new to VO and as individual with a disability, was hesitant to pay for the premium fee not knowing what to expect. Not only did Voices bless me with a discount, the public auditions really came flooding in, providing me with multiple options daily to choose projects that align with my brand voice. Unfortunately, I was almost scammed, but Voices customer service's response was apologetic and swift.

As of today, I have received my very first job and the process was smooth and seamless. I count my money as well spent on the platform and look forward to growing my VO career with Voices.

Place has gone to spam ...
What used to be a legit platform for grabbing smaller quick projects is now dog food. I'm not a paid member, and never will be, because of this crap. 'Offering' low scale spam gigs that half the time don't even include a freaking script. Like huh? c'mon. Stop wasting my damned time. Such nonsense..... like 3rd graders took over the platform and are now giggling over the nonsense thrown at you.

There are sometimes instances where clients post additional job details in the script field to bypass this requirement and in these instances we encourage talent to share these job numbers with our support team so we can look into them right away.

Steer away....

Steer away from jobs listed by Voices.com!

Completed a job related to their A.I project, payment was supposed to happen shortly there after. Months go by, I finally get a reponse, they are sorry about delays and so on.. promise to start the payment.

Several months pass by, finally "Dylan" responds. Promises to get this going, weeks go by — same old, nothing.

This was back in June.

I still have not received a penny from Voices.com

I rate Voices a zero if I could

I rate Voices a zero if I could. The first couple days I had 70+ job postings that matched my category. After a week I had under 10. This site is a racket. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I paid for a premium membership in March and I inquired about how to cancel my membership. I wasn’t going to cancel at that moment, I was merely inquiring. There’s no way I was going to cancel with 4 month left on my membership. They canceled my membership without my permission! I never gave them permission to cancel it.

As you know from our previous responses, our support team member wrote back to your initial inquiry about invitation volume and explained that it's very common to see an unusually high volume of job postings at the beginning of the Premium membership because our system accumulates all hiring jobs from the time you signed up as a Guest with us.

This system ensures that when you decide to upgrade, you don't lose out on any jobs that are still hiring and can apply to them. However, this number does not accurately reflect how many jobs will be in the hiring list on a weekly basis. This can fluctuate based on a number of factors. Our support team member also included some tips on maximizing your profile and demos and resources to assist you.

In December, our support team then received a case request from you with the subject line: cancel membership and description: I want to cancel my membership, which our team proceeded to do, as it seemed like a straightforward request.

We're sorry to hear that this was not what you wanted, and as we've expressed, we'd be happy to speak with you further. A member of our support team has reached out to you directly.

Great site for voice over work but...

I am relatively new to the Voices platform and I have been most active there than previous platforms. If you are in doubt I would say give it a try. They do retain 20% of earnings as part of accessing jobs on the site but you ultimately are in charge of your quote so you can factor that in. Also their yearly subscription can be a bit pricey for some. I would suggest they come up with a monthly tier which can maybe make it more affordable.
Overall, great site for voice over work.

My Job Posting Experience

In the process of posting my job, I was unable to connect with a customer service agent on the phone. However, the responses I received to my email notes were very helpful. I extended narration invitations to seven people, received four responses, and selected one person for the narration of my audiobook. The work will commence sometime in January or February.
