Bought a car sight unseen and could not fault the purchasing experience. Kieran Chivers went out of his way to make sure the car was perfect for me when I arrived. Kieran put my mind to rest by sending me walk round videos and detailed photos of the car. Cannot fault. 100% satisfied.

We discussed a purchase of a 2022 van to which we asked multiple times if there was any damage to the vehicle, to which we were told only 'hedge scratches' and it's a really good quality van.
So we agreed to come take a look in person, bare in mind we were travelling far (a small 12 hour round journey), which the team knew.
When we arrived, we took a look at the van and instantly found a large list of damage to the vehicle such as the bonnet off centre, large & deep scratches, rear doors dented and did not line up, and a dent in the side which we were told was normal due to panel flex.
We were told this should be expected as ''vans are used on site and this van is now 3 years old''. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of a day.
Do not waste your time with Vospers.

Initially visited not knowing what I wanted. Josh was super helpful in explaining all options and even showing cars from outside his own showroom.
He performed a miracle when we called at 4pm on a Friday requesting a car be brought to the Exeter showroom for the next day.
And then the car was ready for pick up that Monday.
Josh had a welcoming manner, no over the top sales pitch and we built a really good relationship.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain all the different options available to me. He made sure to work within my budget without ever making me feel pressured.
One of the standout moments for me was how clearly and confidently he explained PCP. I had so many misconceptions about it, and Chris broke everything down in a way that made perfect sense. I even went back to work and explained it to several colleagues we all realized we had completely misunderstood PCP before!
Chris communicated brilliantly throughout the entire process. He responded promptly to my emails and calls, and kept me updated every step of the way. When it came time to collect my car, he walked me through every feature despite the rain and did it all with a smile and the utmost professionalism.

My mum bought an EcoSport 2 months ago from Keith Dainton at Vospers Torquay. We live in Essex and she thought she was doing the right thing buying a car from Devon with low mileage. Was fully assured we would be able to take to a local âFord approved garageâ if any issues were to arise.
The car was sold as âimmaculate conditionâ. Once we got home noticed damage to the roof. Reached out to Keith, he acknowledged and apologied that this shouldâve been picked up on inspection.
Keith repeatedly asked us to go back to Devon for their garage to carry out the works. I informed him this was ludicrous as it is a 4.1/2 hour journey, particularly as my mum is reaching 70 years of age and we were assured on purchase, if any issues were to arise we could take it to a local Ford approved garage.
With a long winded back and forth, we were eventually told to go to a garage an hours drive from our house. They provided a quote to Vosper, to which Keith informed us was âfar too highâ.
2 weeks ago I asked Keith to escalate this matter to his regional manager. To date I have heard nothing, even though I followed up with Keith last week and asked for an update. Still.Nothing.
TWO MONTHS DOWN THE LINE AND THIS IS STILL AN ONGOING ISSUE.
I am beyond disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of customer service provided after purchase.
With all this in mind, I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.

Russell Went Above and Beyond for Me
I donât usually write reviews (I still struggle with computers!), but I really wanted to say how wonderful Russell was when I bought my Mazda CX-5. This was the first car Iâve had to buy on my own since losing my husband, and I was very nervous about the whole thing.
Russell made everything feel so much easier. He was calm, patient and very trustworthy, and he took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed or pushed in any way. He let me go at my own pace, which meant a great deal to me.
What impressed me even more was that he personally delivered my new car to my home and took away my old one for me. I thought that was exceptional service, especially as I would have struggled to manage it all myself.
Since getting the car, Iâve phoned him with all sorts of questions (probably far too many!), and he has always been happy to help. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
Russell is a real asset to the company, and Iâm very grateful for everything he did for me.
