Highly recommend Peter and his team at VP Smart Removals. They made our house move, from Surrey to the NorthEast, far less stressful - such a helpful team, reassuring and professional. They packed the removals one day and delivered the next (one of the few removal companies that offer this option) - and it was seamless. Great price too, compared with other London-based companies. THANK YOU!

I am extremely delighted with VP smart removal services, they were so organised, right from the time Ana gave us quote, coordinated on the removal list, appointment time, date to the final execution of the transfers. The two men who came to assist were very polite and thorough professional, made sure that stuff stays safe during the transit by taking extra care and using the tapes on the fragile fixtures. Extremely satisfied and highly recomend.

Highly recommend this company, by far the best we have used, efficient, reliable, nothing is an issue. They remove a huge amount of stress from the moving process. All the team a friendly & helpful. Communication efficient & have been kept regularly updated.

The team were prompt, polite and such a big help on our recent move. Great communication through out the process, and on the day, with my partner 7 months pregnant they even helped by putting boxes up high to ensure she didn't bend unpacking!

Cannot recommend this company enough. A move from West Sussex in to London with limited parking options was made light work by the entire team. Items of furniture and my mattress were wrapped and packed perfectly to avoid any damage. Professional, friendly and quite a good laugh made my move relaxed and stress free. We did our move to South Wales in two stages over 2 months. The whole process from start to finish was made easy by Ana who was extremely helpful. Quote was good compared with 4 other companies. The guys who moved us turned up on time on both occasions and were extremely polite and helpful. On arrival they placed items exactly where I wanted them placing and some items they'd taken apart were automatically put back together when they arrived in South Wales. I was in awe of them as they lifted and turned heavy furniture to get it in and out of the doors! A five star service all round.

I was very stress and anxious but the removal company made everything easier for me the day of removal. I recommend strongly this company .

Excellent, friendly and efficient

From the very first contact I found them to be efficient (very quick to reply), very curteous and polite and had no issues with them at all.

Their quote was provided very quickly, and it was significantly better than all the others (I was surprised how reasonable it was).

On the day the 2 gentlemen were early to arrive, very friendly and were obviously very competent (Moving from a storage locker to a new property), the moved everything easily and with great care and wrapped some of the more delicate items of furniture.

They were quick to arrive at their destination (some 40+ miles to the other side of London) within 10 minutes of us arriving and unloaded again with great care and efficiency.

If I move again I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to everyone. Great job VP Smart Removals, thank you!
