Peter and his guys are the only ones I trust helping me in my home! They do everything from moving to building and have proved invaluable to me! They really take care with all my things and you can tell they take pride in their work.
Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

The guys were so helpful and hardworking, really took a lot of stress out of the move. They were extremely careful as well not to mark walls from moving furniture etc. Nothing damaged from what I've unpacked so far. Would definitely use again!

I am extremely thankful to this company. I used this company for second time and they saved me once again from pest. The first time I used it was 2018 in my old property. They got rid of the rats, this time I used it for removals. It was a very easy communication with the office and the workers there are nice. I strongly recommend as the work they’ve done is 100% quality work. Every penny was worth it.

Hi. Referencing the review above, the booking was made under my name, Vilas. Husband of Perdita.

We refer to Quote #20704 for booking on 08/09/21 - Isleworth to Guildford. Surely you remember when your driver rolled his van into our neighbours car causing £500 worth of damage? That’s how the day started. Whilst your removal men were very friendly, they failed to take care of our most precious items and unfortunately left many of our items scratched and damaged.

Their response, when we queried why they placed our furniture into storage upside down (I.e. chest of drawers, bed cabinets and a lawnmower all sitting on top of our microwave), was that this is how the items came out of the van. They offered to reshuffle everything once they squeezed everything in, but that we would have to pay an additional 2 hours of labour.

It meant my wife and I had to return to the storage unit and reorganise the 125sq ft room. When doing so, we noticed many of our items had been scratched. When we raised this with VP Smart Removals, they got incredibly defensive and denied any wrong doing. Their offer of £40 contribution to our £400+ chest of drawer was quite the insult.

Leaving this review for others to read, please be wary when using this company. I suspected they would pull out the defamation criminal act card when receiving poor feedback. Speaks volumes of the type of people who run this company. Perhaps a class in customer service wouldn’t go amiss.

Can’t say how awful this company are. They moved us to a storage unit. It went wrong from start to end. They forgot the handbrake when they first arrived and crashed into our neighbours car (I’m not joking). Whilst the guys were nice they took no care whatsoever. Our furniture in storage is significantly scratched, damaged and chipped. They put the lightest things at the bottom of the truck. When we asked to speak with the owner to resolve this he told us their insurance didn’t cover us and the owner (as reported in other reviews) was verbally abusing and threatened us. I expect the response to this review will be more abuse. We got in contact, explained the problem and were told we didn’t comply with the fine print - great way to keep their insurance premiums down. I’d be very careful if you use this service.

Cheap, fast, exceptional service. Communication is great and the job was quite quick and very well priced. No surprises. Exceptional

The company was easy to get hold of and very organised. The 2 guys helping were very quick but helpful and helped making the moving process as smooth as possible. Second time I've used this company and won't hesitate to use again!

Fantastic experience with VP Smart Removals. They took all the stress out of moving day and were exceptionally careful with my belongings. They were quick, efficient, careful both packing and unpacking. My furniture was in the new house in no time, and they even put things I needed in the attic up there. Thoroughly recommend them and I will use them again.

I actually stumbled across VP Smart Removals who were moving items for a home a few doors down from where we previously lived. We were struggling to find movers for December but VP Smart Removals immediately accommodated us and assisted with our needs. The team were very honest and professional but more importantly incredibly efficient during the day of the move. With a young and growing family to look after, my wife and I unfortunately had to pull an all nighter the night before the move to ensure that everything was packed and ready to be moved. I will never forget what one of the movers told me on the day which was: "You sit back and relax and we'll take care of everything." And sure enough they did. I cannot thank their team enough for all their help. I would gladly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

For purposes of constructive feedback, I would suggest improving on the format of the terms and conditions so that it is clear and unambiguous. I would also suggest a professional email to align with the website domain. Other than that, a truly great service to include the concerns I had that were professionally addressed by the owner. Keep it up the great service, thanks again! You were awesome.

Moving house can be a stressful time, and having a team of unknown people take all of your worldly belongings, pack them up and transport them to your new home forces you to place a lot of trust in them. Gabriella started us off by being very responsive, informative and flexible when planning the move, earning that trust. The removal teams themselves were fantastic. Really professional, incredible parking skills, so positive and energetic even when it got a bit stressful parking in our new place - honestly we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Great services received- truly beyond our expectations. Its booking and notification system are brilliant, we didn’t worry about booking, change confirmation, removal reminder, invoice and payment receipt confirmation. - I am surprised to see a removal company has a such best in class booking and customer service system!!

This was our second time moving with VP Smart Removals, and we can highly recommend them! They were prompt, polite and professional. All our things were moved with such care to a property an hour away, and they were so helpful. Special shout out to Viktor who remembered us from our move two years ago! I hope we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we did, we'd definitely use VP Smart Removals.

Great service moving the contents of our 2 bed flat across West London. Van was clean and everything carefully wrapped and stored in the van. The guys were very carfull moving both in and out of the flats not a scratch or scuff to be had. The price was also exceptional compared to other quotes.
