Shelley and the Walden's Lettings Team prepared all the paperwork required to ensure that my property is compliant with the new Renters Reform Act. They paid great attention to detail while not making the process overly beaureacratic or expensive. Would definitely recommend them.

I am using them with a fully managed agreement for my buy-to-let in Kempston.

I gave them a chance to find new tenants for our buy to let in Kemoston, and they shortened everything within three weeks. I saw them working in the evening and on the weekend.

I met Sharon for the initial meeting and from the outset was impressed with her friendly, helpful and empathetic manner. I feel that the team went the extra mile to drop into the house for me on a couple of occasions when living over 2 hours away would have been a big inconvenience. Walden Property Lettings are an outstanding team, offering outstanding service lead by their director Shelley Foreman.
They are great for tenants, as well as landlords (I know as I have been both!).
They are attentive to your needs, if something needs doing it’s dealt with in days, not weeks. They care about the little things as well as the big things.
They are competitive on price, and they are professional in their work, they can answer questions on legislation, they have the interests of landlords’ at the very heart of their business.
