Good and prompt agency

For 15 years I have used the services of various real estate agencies many times. Usually they make a good first impression until the tenancy, and then they forget about you, and it is difficult to arrange anything. With "Walden Property" I had the opposite, the first impression I had was that they were putting me off. After the landlord approved the tenancy, paying the hold deposit, sending my and my partner's details, contact stopped for a week. My email was confused with my partner's email and it is possible that this was the reason. However, after re-establishing contact, the formalities went smoothly and quickly. For the first time in 15 years I signed a lease agreement in paper form, until now it was electronic, an interesting change. I was most surprised when we needed to fix something at home and after reporting it to the agency the same day the electrician came to us and did everything that was needed. It was a huge positive shock. In other agencies I waited up to 2 months for a response, and sometimes I didn't even get one, let alone the completion of the task. Great help with setting up new accounts for all utilities. To sum up, I thought it would be like always, but I got a nice change. Friendly and helpful service. If your agent taking care of the property is Shelly, you know that you have come to the right place, a role model for other agents. Would I recommend Walden Property? Yes, absolutely!

Very responsive and super flexible. I was locked outside on a Saturday and they managed to get someone to bring me their spare key. Couldn’t recommend waldens more!

Very poor service with my end of tenancy they are trying to keep half my original deposit for an ' end of tenancy deep clean' when I left the property exactly how I found it! Also when I called up to dispute the claim the phone was slammed down on me very unprofessional wouldn't recommend renting from these agents

I received great service, never waited long for repairs and both Shelley and Janine are really lovely, approachable people that helped me alot over the years. I am sad to say goodbye, but very grateful for the service along with my little home.

Over a year ago, I started looking for a lettings agency to rent my house. Due to Shelley's professionalism and abundant knowledge of the lettings sector, I felt confident that my house would be in good hands at Waldens. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay the rental. One year later, Shelley picked up exactly where we left off and seamlessly continued supporting me, advising all that was needed to be done legally, as well as what was needed to be done to get my house into a good standard for rental. Again, Shelley not only shared her professionalism, but she also gave a personal touch, of which I'm grateful for. Hi, I have recently moved into a property near the Waldens property lettings agents in Bedford and I have come across the best property lettings agents (from my experience) and probably the best agent to look after us.

Shelly, was amazing! Aside from the fact that she was extremely nice and supportive she was honest, truthful, transparent !! Which is what we all want. Shelly supported us and helped us through the application step by step, we was not just thrown at the deep end to do it ourselves. If you ever find out that she is your agent then know you are in good hands.

When I moved in Shelly gave me their Waldens welcoming gift which you do not get from a lot of the other lettings agents, to me that is a sign you are in good hands and that they take pride in their work.

Shelley and her team at Waldens Kempston are very knowledgeable of the local market and their advice and support over the years has been invaluable.
