They Lost a package and won’t refund
Ordered an unlocked phone from the Walmart website over 3 weeks ago. Item was lost by the carrier (Intelcom which is essentially useless as well). I’ve had to call 4 times to talk to customer service which they’ve been unable to help me everytime and each time promised an escalation person would call me back. I received 1 call back from 4 times they promised only to be told the item is on the way. Now they won’t refund and refuse to simply send out another item as a replacement since the fist was confirmed to have been lost by the carrier. They again want me to call in and get a refund another day. I just opened up a credit card dispute and the can deal with my credit card company. I won’t be buying from Walmart online again and recommend that anyone else be very cautious, any issues and you’ll need to fight to get your money back when they lost the item. Inept , useless and time wasters.

This is actually a zero star review. Ordered an Electric can opener for seniors and people with arthritis. After 6 weeks and crazy tracking system I got delivery of an Electric jar opener with no return option. Do not use Walmart online ordering. They do not advise you the order is from a 3rd party seller and obviously do not take any responsibility for the quality and validity of the 3rd party sellers.

I wish there was an option for less than a star. 2024 online purchase ended up to canceling order as they sent the item 120 km Way of my address after long delay. Now my new order on Oct 20, 2025 and due Oct 28. As of today Nov 6 no one can provide information on this purchase, call center answer in India and they can not answer to this delay. Total diaster. Never shop online with walmart.

Pire service à la clientèle. Plus jamais je ne ferais affaire avec eux. J'ai commander plus de 700$ et ils disent avoir laisser la livraison devant ma porte ( que je n'ai jamais reçu) alors qu'ils devaient y avoir une signature et ils non pas livrer la journée convenu. Pour avoir mon remboursement j'ai du me battre plusieurs heures au téléphone et ouvrir une demande à OPC. Ils m'ont remboursé à cause du dossier et qu'ils étaient en faute mais ils ne ce sont jamais excusé , ils non jamais proposer un dédommagement pour tout le
stresse causer et la perte de temps.
Je ne recommande à personne de faire affaire avec eux.
Erreur de facturation, service exécrable
J'ai commandé 3 articles chez Walmart.ca en ligne du commerçant Walmart qui étaient indiqués en stock. Lors de la récupération de la commande on m'avise que 2 articles sont annulés car non disponibles. Cependant je constate plus tard qu'on m'a facturé 9$ de trop sur ma Mastercard. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle, qui est exécrable, je comprend un mot sur quatre de ce que le préposé me dit, bref impossible de me faire rembourser. Un client en moins pour Walmart.
Delivery us never on the original date given
Ease in ordering, however never once has delivery been on the date that was 1st given. It’s best to give a date further out, then send notification that it’s arriving early vs having to push the delivery day further out. Many people plan to be at home for delivery of larger items because they prefer not to have those large items sitting out, screaming to be stolen.
Ordering online has no support
Order the phone on their website trying to give Walmart a chance to get some of my online business and this has not been a great experience, I did not realize Walmart sells third party I was trying to find a phone and thought I had found a great deal on a Samsung Galaxy s24 not realizing that it was not a Samsung phone it just said Galaxy s24 after realizing this I quickly canceled the order within 30 minutes has the website States you can cancel an order within 30 minutes I sent two messages off to the seller to cancel the order but have not heard anything yet I did open up a online chat but the agent was no help at all she told me just to refuse the door step order, after that the rep basically said she couldn't find my order number due to technical difficulties which is a big pile of BS when companies like this put these third party sellers before their customers they will lose business I for one will not order anything online from Walmart ever again and we'll stick to Amazon

Delivery Pass Fail
This app used to work great. I added the delivery pass for the annual fee of $90. Once the kicked in, there were no delivery times available. I have contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. No refund will be given on the pass as they state I have used it already. I have emailed screenshots with proof that there have been no delivery times available for about a month now.
The ad said the reconditioned phone was unlocked but it wasn't and was not able to get it unlocked.

I am complaining about a pharmacy assistant in Walmart Richmond this morning. An Asian woman in her 50s, English speaking with a strong accent. Her attitude is really BAD, she was not willing to answer your questions. When you asked her to repeat what she said, her attitude is even worse. She is wearing a mask and with a strong accent, you can hardly hear what she says.
Knowing that Walmart Pharmacy is NOT THE ONLY Pharmacy in Richmond, they are MORE EXPENSIVE and higher handling fee. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD.

Be weary of reviews posted on Walmart site
I have purchased numerous items from Walmart and the always ask for reviews. When it is a favourable reviews it’s approved, and posted. When it’s not it’s in there favour it’s rejected and not posted. I came here to say those of you who prefer to order things from Walmart don’t count on their reviews as they can’t be trusted worthy. This is not the 1st time it’s happened to me so I can confirm this is a habit of Walmart Canada.
Walmart online sucks
Walmart online sucks. I have had 5 online orders that says delivered but I never received my orders. Walmart keeps using Doordash delivery service to deliver my orders and they keep leaving my packages at someone else's apartment door or at the lobby of my building.
Then the 1 order I finally received because this time they use another delivery service, I'm missing an item.
Now I received an email from Walmart saying that they have suspended my account as it was deemed high risk and that I am welcome to shop at any Walmart in-store.
This is so ridiculous and terrible customer service. Instead of investigating the matter with the delivery service/ person they are using, they are penalizing the customer. How is this even acceptable for a massive company like this.
Their customer service is awful. The rep just follows a script and robotic with their response. I keep telling them when I call customer service to complain about my order not received, that the proof of delivery is not even my apartment # in the picture.
I never have this much hassle and stress with any other online marketplace....just only Walmart Canada. And you never have access to speak to anyone else in authority like a supervisor or manager. So frustrating.
Walmart Canada Data Breach
Walmart Canada failed to secure my personal information. They allowed my walmart.ca account to be hijacked and credit card info stolen. As a result, fraudulent charges were applied to my card. They were advised of the activity while the charges were still pending. I was told they would cancel the charges and they would not go through on my card. The next day they called and advised the charges were not cancelled. Walmart does not protect your data. DO NOT TRUST WALMART CANADA!!!!

I ordered an item online at a discounted price and chose free delivery, as the estimated delivery time was just one day later. However, it never arrived even after a week. I noticed the same item was available in-store, but the price was $70 higher than what I paid online.
When I called customer service, they couldn’t tell me when my order would be delivered. Instead, they suggested that I cancel the online order, purchase the item in-store at the higher price, and assured me they would refund the price difference. I followed their instructions, but when I called back to request the refund, they claimed there was no record of my case — not even with the reference number and the agent’s name.
This is completely unacceptable. The company showed no integrity and left me feeling deceived.
