Do not trust this company with your money! We ordered 2 batteries, but they contacted us once they had our money and said they were out of stock but would be back in stock in 3 weeks. We contacted them 3 weeks later - oh, they’re delayed they’ll be here next week … next week … next week. 7 weeks later I lost my rag and demanded a refund at which point they admitted they didn’t have a date for the batteries to arrive.

I bought two flexible panels from here plus some other parts. Within two months the panel surface failed. They refused any warranty claim. The technical knowledge of the company is useless. In the end I had to pay extra to have the panels shipped back to me and then pay to have them repaired. DO NOT USE they are very bad and will not support any warranty. AVOID at all cost.

Le batterie GEL arrivate, corrispondono perfettamente a quelle ordinate. La spedizione è stata immediata, anche se con qualche incomprensione dovuta al fatto che il vettore utilizzato non prevede il tracking web ma esclusivamente telefonico (Siviglia per la Spagna e Barcellona per l'internazionale) e proprio per un "buio" di informazioni sul transito del materiale che ho dovuto effettuare diverse richieste via email e telefoniche.
C'è comunque da complimentarsi con tutti dato che il materiale, da Siviglia, ordinato martedì, è arrivato perfettamente il lunedì successivo in zona disagiata. Gli scambi epistolari con wccsolar.es, nella persona di Alex, sono stati puntuali e alla fine risolutori. Sicuramente da consigliare per serietà e prezzo.
