Fantastic service and great quality items
Ordered a full belt set and lubricants for a TEAC R-H300MkII cassette deck restoration. Everything arrived quickly and was top quality. Filipe provided exceptional customer service—he helped me identify an internal gear issue and supplied helpful photos to get the mechanism back together. Thanks to his help, my deck works like new again. Will definitely buy from them again!

Took forever to get the parts
The parts that I ordered work just fine, they saved me hundreds of dollars. Shipping was the issue. The package got routed through many countries in Europe that involved customs at each port. It seemed to be taking the grand tour on a donkey cart. Why couldn't it have just shipped directly from Portugal to the US?

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that the parts worked correctly and saved you hundreds of dollars, but waiting so long for an order was unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for the delay.
At the time of this order, changes affecting de minimis imports had disrupted our normal shipping service to the United States. UPS was used for the delivery, and its transport network routed the parcel through the Netherlands. The customs process at that time was also much slower, with some shipments being held while tax documentation was completed.
For customers reading this review, that shipping system was replaced three months ago and is no longer used. Customs and tax information is now processed automatically, and deliveries to the United States usually arrive within around 10 working days.
We are very sorry that this customer experienced the previous system. The delay described in this review is not representative of how our US orders are shipped today.
Laderiemen für Denon DN-D 4500
Benötigte 2 Laderiemen für die CD Schubladen meines kaum genutzten Denon DN-D4500, da diese überdehnt waren. Bin bei der Suche zufällig auf WebSpareParts gestoßen und war zunächst etwas skeptisch, da der Sitz in Portugal ist. Da heimische Anbieter, wie der phonohifishop bei Ebay (platten-nadel.de) überhaupt nicht auf meine Anfrage reagierten, habe ich einfach mal bestellt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Nach nur 3 Tagen war die Ware ordnungsgemäß verpackt bei mir und ich konnte meinen Doppel CD Spieler wieder instand setzen. Prima Sache, dass jemand noch Zubehörteile für ältere Geräte vorhält, die man sonst vmtl. entsorgen müsste.
Das ist nachhaltig. Dafür, sowie für einen vorbildlichen Service gibt es volle 5 Sterne.

I was so excited to finally find the carousel belt I needed to get my cx-na505 back up and running! Shipping was pretty quick to United States considering it came all the way from Portugal. We (well my husband) got it installed, perfect fit and works perfectly. Highly recommend, thanks so much.
