Very good service so far , dispatched within a couple of days of them receiving prescription. Delivered 48 hours later . No problems yet , Much better than tackling our useless chemist.👍👍

Excellent service re Blood pressure readings

Im writing this on behalf of my husband Mark who visited Well Pharmacy on Swinnow Road in Pudsey LS28 ........

I saw the pharmacist re Blood pressure readings to be done at home
She attached the machine and explained in detail the process, she was very thorough, had excellent skills in relation to people and communication and made me feel at ease
Would definitely recommend this chemists. and would certainly go back

My wife just collected her prescription


My wife just collected her prescription from Well pharmacy at Gilmore st Shaw heath Stockport. She is quite hard of hearing even with hearing aids, and was made to feel embarrassed by one of the assistants. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He whispers to people when the customer is asking for their prescription from the back of the shop. I have had to ask him to speak up and repeat him self several times and my hearing is ok. When my wife said I can’t hear you he smirked at her. I have just phoned to complain and received an equally ignorant response from him . Mumbling and unhelpful as he usually is and deliberately being obtuse. Unfortunately the real professional Pharmacist called Kai has left. He was a true gentleman and kind person. We will be asking our Medical practice to send our prescriptions to another Pharmacy from now on

Excellent customer service, but

Excellent customer service, but slow to process and despatch orders.
Use very slow Royal Mail.
You need to build up a reserve stock to use this service.
