I have never know a company so bad.
8 days to do one prescription and even then we had to ring them to find out what was happing. To be told Oh! we are about to start that one. And it does not end there. On collection we are told that they were still out standing an item. Returning to the Pharmacy 4 days later again to be told no we have not got it, we can get it from the supplier. Great they can not be bothered to advice us of the problem or even contact the GP to advice him of the problem or find an unlucrative.. And guess what the item is form..... Injecting insulin, oh nothing important only a persons life. One start, make that no stars they should be closed down.

Simple and easy

First time used.Terrible experience.
1.medication not received.
2.contacted well online took about 20 mins for connecting.
3.advised to ring following day.
4.rang again advised pharmacy would be contacted.
5.rang again told medication would be re issued.
6.email advising reissue.
7.finally received part of order one week late.
8.rang again looking into it.

I needed my prescription more than a week ago, I tried to phone you several times to unlock my prescription to a different pharmacy and I could not get hold of anyone, I finally paid for the delivery and it took over a week.

Quick, efficient and correct.

Simply that my medication was delivered promptly and there was nothing missing from my order.

It's a stupid app I was left without vital medication for 4 days won't be using it again

Oak Hill Well Pharmacy staff remind me, contact my GP, prepare and deliver my meds on time. When collecting at the Pharmacy they have been great too. A grateful client.

Easy to order and reliable quick delivery. Tablets very effective and recommendable.

Easy to use and always have what I need. They do take a few days to despatch after the GP authorises the prescription, however, so order in plenty of time

Every order takes forever to arrive. From ordering to delivery is more than 2 weeks. Not helpful at all

Very poor communication. Not able to actually speak to a person which would have sorted the problem out in minutes rather than days. Incredibly slow at sending my regular repeat prescription. I am beginning to think this is not worth the hassle and that I need to rethink before I use Well again. Dry disappointed as I thought this was the most reliable and convenient way to get my prescription as I am a pensioner.

Absolutely awful experience. Prescription was sent to Wells by GP on 2nd September. Still waiting for it to be dispensed. Contacted the pharmacist who advised me that they haven't received anything. The app is pointless, as nobody gets back to you. Phoned an agent who advised me that the prescription has been released back to the spine however when I contacted the pharmacy, they still can't see it. No duty of care. No duty of candour. Still no prescription. Awful experience.
