They were late sending me my medication by almost 3 weeks

Being charged over £8 in store for a product that states is £4.99 on their website. Emailed them for help 11 days ago but no one can be bothered to reply. I'll stick to Allied.

Well always sort my problems and deliver my meds.

Easy to order, but the messaging service is poor. I get emails to advise the prescription has not been signed by my surgery, when it has. I get emailed to state that the order has been cancelled due to a lack of approval by my surgery even after I have received my tablets!!!!

Ive been with Well for a couple of year and them taking care of my medication. I dont even think about it now as its in safe hands. Any short delays are Surgery based and not anything to do with well.. i will continue to use and i recommend anyone to use their service. 5 star or 10/10 rating if you prefer- should be used for them

Once they've got the script, they get paid by the NHS no matter how long it takes to get to the patient. They use the slowest (and cheapest!) post possible to make sure they profit from the taxpayer as much as possible.

Well Pharmacy agreed my order, took £12.99 payment and then the next day cancelled my order with no reason. I am still waiting for my refund 10 days later and after emailing them twice. I’ve never had such a difficult experience before

very slow with delivery and although I reported the new address, you delivered me to the old address

Well chemist on Stanley rd, Garndiffaith, pontypool is by far the worst branch I have ever used.

I have never had to fight a chemist for my medication, if your medication isn't there when it should be they just shrug at you and give you the "I don't care tone"

I've had to go without strong opioid all weekend a number of times, it really makes you ill - I wouldn't be surprised if someone has died of a heart attack from going cold turkey because of these people.

These people have no system (or not one that works) if this is happening at this branch how many other branches is it happening at?

I was in there 5 minutes the one day and they were all gossiping out the back.

I got irate in there yesterday because they mucked up my medication again and the manager was grinning the whole time then some dumpy woman came out giving attitude and shouting so she was also told where to go.

Common sense and professionalism would tell you when a customer is irate you do not antagonise the situation by shouting and giving attitude.

They also talk about customers when they leave the shop and it really is not professional.

You need male staff in these places to even out the balance in order for them to run properly because ladies today generally gossip and bully and it's always a toxic environment to work/be in (it's the same in nursing/care work where most of the workforce are female)

I was in there the one day for 6 minutes before anyone came to the counter and they were gossiping about where they were going for tea and what colour hair they got at the hairdressers.

I have never witnessed such a bunch of cowboys in a chemist in all my years, constantly misplacing prescriptions so you have to keep calling your doctor.

Just bad attitude all round, I have now signed myself up to a online delivery chemist elsewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, awful experience.

They remind you how long since your last order, which promoting me to reorder in time so I don’t run out !

Very slow to prepare prescription

It's a good app but wish i could change it from white mode to dark mode but that's why i won't use the app anymore if it gets dark mode i will give 5 star's

Extremely easy to order the medicine with notice given before it's due, I would definitely recommend Well pharmacy for your regular prescriptions with fast delivery,also full information on when received by them and posted.

The response of several pharmacy members was quick, honest—they apologized for the issue of initial slow response— and quite courteous. Thank you.
