I have nearly run out of tablets and they still not her it’s been 10 days now

Made an appointment for 17:45 on the 10th September 2026 for a flu vaccination at the Blaenavon pharmacy. Appointment confirmation email received, follow up reminders received. Turned up for my vaccine, and was told they know nothing about it and didn’t even have the vaccine there. Won’t be booking again with Well.

Would have given 0 if I could for poor customer support I receive my weight loss medication late 2 months in a row. The medication is sold by well advertising that it comes in cool storage and should be refrigerated between 2-8 degrees mine came and the temp was 18.6 degrees when I phoned up to complain I was robbed off by Neil the qualified pharmacist told the mediation is fine and I should read the labels and all pens once used only have a 30 day shelf life once opened whether they have been in cool storage of not so they wouldn't do anything they offer me a refund on the postage and insulating off 20 pound off my next purchase. Why would I go through this again.
Going to ASDA next month cheaper and get asda rewards on each purchase advise people not to this company. Very disappointed as the weight loss medication are working great.

I genuinely cannot speak more highly of Well Pharmacy. You do all the reminders for me and I just tick a few boxes and get my prescription, with updates at what stage the approval and delivery are at. If a delay at the Doctors. you still notify me and say you will follow up.

When trying to make an online payment my cards were rejected. 3 calls to the call centre fixed absolutely nothing. 3 new cards were tried, all with more than sufficient funds, but all rejected. requests to talk to a supervisor were ignored. I have completely lost trust in Well Pharmacy.

I moved house and changed my home address. Meds were sent to my old house. I have asked to change the delivery address, but they say I have to do it when I order next time, after they get my prescription and before they dispatch it. Hope I dont miss the window.

I wasn't informed about my delivery of all of my prescriptions being done online. My prescriptions at the moment are at least over a week late and ran out of two of them for nearly a week.

My package was delivered with the top open. The box of tablets inside was empty and also open at each end. I don’t know if they were damaged in transit or stolen.The postman obviously didn’t notice anything amiss.

Very happy with the service and delivery, but my repeat paperwork wasn't in the package which I need for proof. Apart from that very good.

Very nice review and very encouraging. However delivery arrived later than expected.
