Easy to order and reliable quick delivery. Tablets very effective and recommendable.

Easy to use and always have what I need. They do take a few days to despatch after the GP authorises the prescription, however, so order in plenty of time

Every order takes forever to arrive. From ordering to delivery is more than 2 weeks. Not helpful at all

Very poor communication. Not able to actually speak to a person which would have sorted the problem out in minutes rather than days. Incredibly slow at sending my regular repeat prescription. I am beginning to think this is not worth the hassle and that I need to rethink before I use Well again. Dry disappointed as I thought this was the most reliable and convenient way to get my prescription as I am a pensioner.

Absolutely awful experience. Prescription was sent to Wells by GP on 2nd September. Still waiting for it to be dispensed. Contacted the pharmacist who advised me that they haven't received anything. The app is pointless, as nobody gets back to you. Phoned an agent who advised me that the prescription has been released back to the spine however when I contacted the pharmacy, they still can't see it. No duty of care. No duty of candour. Still no prescription. Awful experience.

The package has never arrived. The product was purchased but was never delivered to the adress.

Easy to order medicines on line. Efficient and prompt delivery with notifications on delivery. Royal Mail always deliver on time

Polite non-judgemental conversation with good explanation and time for questions. Advice on delivery, expectation's, administration and use fully discussed.

Good communication and medicine always comes quickly

Another late delivery medication delivered outside of the cool storage time scale which means I will lose my 4 injection Neil the qualified pharmacist didn't care doesn't think this is a problem I haven't received the service I signed up to so for that reason I will be taking my business elsewhere the medication is expensive I can't afford to cover well pharmacy's poor service and poor customer care so I will not continue with your services

The ordering process was simple, unlike others. I opted for the online version knowing there was a Well pharmacy was local to hs.
The face-to-face before dispatch was a pleasure. New "nurse" was so pleasant and professional.
After this the Wegovy was dispatched and arrived quickly. Still frozen. The supplied video and leaflet made it easy to use. Great experience.
