The service is great, you put your order in and they do the rest. Si much better than waiting at the pharmacy 20 mins every time you need a repeat prescription.
I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have used Well Pharmacy for a while and in the whole, was very happy with their service, until recently. I told them I was going to be on holiday for over 3 months and would not be ordering my medication from them and that I would be nominating a pharmacy near to where I was staying whilst away.
I have been receiving reminders every week saying not to forget to order my medication. I have sent an email every time I received one of the reminders and got a generic response. I am absolutely fed up keep asking them to note their system that I am away and to stop sending reminders. All my efforts have been completely ignored.

I use this pharmacy regularly, they are so lovely, approachable and helpful. I have a family of 6 and they have been my first point of call. Beth is fantastic, always goes above and beyond and she is very knowledgeable!

Every time I request Hydromol ointment what appears on my request is Epaderm it happens always, that is why I kept on cancelling it and request again, that is why I always run short of Hydromol ointment, many times that I have to buy because moisturiser is not working well for my dry and crack skin especially my lower extremities.

Generally, the service is quick and efficient. Products was delivered timely and well packaged. The ONLY issue is the app does not allow you to change delivery address before an order us places. I changed my address when I moved but could not update my delivery address at the same time. This resulted in my meds going to a previous address. This should be a simple fix.

Very disappointed with how long my prescription took to be delivered as I normally pick my prescription up from the pharmacy which takes 5 days not 9 days with well.

This cream is what my vet consultant recommended for my dogs eyes as the eyes are flooding fluid from the cornea I have to put it in 4 times a day and is a lot cheaper buying direct to you than what the vets charge

Prompt service, great product. I was surprised by the amount of detail that the cholesterol test gives, in just ten minutes. Also, the test kit is very easy to use.

It was my first time using the order and delivery service as unable to collect my prescription after an operation.

I’ve changed since as it’s been the third time I’ve felt unwelcome. All I can say is the attitudes of those working there are off. They make you feel as if ordering medication is a inconvience. I’ve unfortunately had to use the 111 service twice this year. Last this past Saturday and the bald short black guy with glasses constantly shook his head when I told him I’d realised at 7pm on a Friday evening thus unable to order from the doctors. Only administered 4 meds despite having a week emergency earlier in the year. It was more the approach honestly I felt like a naughty child lol . I keep not ordering meds in anticipation of going in which is probably a factor as to why I run out.

I got someone else’s prescription. When my husband went in to return the drugs I had delivered I was given another prescription for again something I didn’t request!
