We stock over 60 of the very best Welsh cheeses, and work with 15 fantastic producers. The tintern cheese is fabulous and I am so delighted to have found somewhere I can buy it from. Have ordered 5 plus times now. The cheese is dispatched quickly with options for delivery on Saturdays also. The cheese is always packaged very nicely in a sturdy brown box with ice bags and insulation to prevent damage and keep the cheese cool. Even when we had a flurry of snow in the Midlands and no deliveries could get through, my cheese still arrived cold and fresh. I’m very delighted with my purchases and will continue to buy from this company. I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again.

Brilliant birthday hamper
The hamper is ordered was for a birthday present. It had cheese in that the birthday boy hadn't tried before but also had his favourite - this was a real hit! Easy to order and great that I could choose date of delivery!

Great gift, stupid packaging.
I ordered a "Valentine's Day Trio Gift Box". To be fair it was delivered on the correct date.
But why does a gift come in a cardboard box covered with Welsh Cheese Company logos? Ridiculous. It requires refrigeration, as good cheese does, but how do you refrigerate a present in the same house as the recipient.
Great gift, stupid packaging.

Hi Simon. Thanks very much for your order and for talking the time to leave a review. We're grateful for all feedback, but to be honest I'm not sure what else we'd send our cheese in if we weren't to use a cardboard box. We have one logo on the outside of the box, to help people know that it is from The Welsh Cheese Company.
We've only ever had positive feedback about our packaging in the past, but as I say, we'll take this on board. Although the cheese does need to be kept cold, as you say, the box contains a wool lining and an ice pack to keep the cheeses as fresh as possible, so if the ice pack is still frozen you'll be able to keep the cheese in the box for an additional 24hrs without putting it in the fridge.
We can certainly agree that it's tricky to hide a present in the fridge in the same house as the recipient.

Delicious!
Delicious, wide ranging selection of beautiful Welsh cheeses. I ordered three gift parcels to be delivered pre-Christmas. All arrived on my chosen dates of delivery within the time slots allocated. All recipients were extremely happy. Highly recommend.

The courier was poor
The courier was poor - left outside our front door but no doorbell ring and no card through the letterbox.
Apart from that, the cheese was delicious and the crackers and chutney were a definite hit ....
Perfectly packed and arrived on the requested day.
Would not hesitate to order again !!
