Wendyclarke レビュー

Total scam, no refund on broken items. item branded a sterling silver is cheap metal, the refuse to provide UK address to return items. make you accept discount and then dont refund it.

Rating 0 - I have been scammed. Her website is alluring and beautifully crafter. Her story so artistic about retirement (please feel free to contribute) - what a pile of bull!
Ordered items for family Christmas presents. She kept me updated, informed me when she had "completed" my items, sent tracking information, informed me that they had been delivered- they never arrived.
I have been in constant contact for over 6 weeks and although she "understands my frustration" after all this time has refused to give me a refund for non-delivery saying that YunExpress have "proved" they delivered the packages.
I used their tracking number to check and it came back saying NO INFORMATION
BEWARE - SCAM SCAM SCAM

These companies are popping up in Face Book Market everyday. They are all the same offering unbelievable offers. I am actively reporting them all to FB and have has 4 taken down.

This is not Wendy Clark’s website. I made a similar mistake by buying items only to discover that the company is Berlin Fashion Ltd, who import from China!
The items are cheap junk to imitate the craftsmanship that Wendy’s company makes in Scotland.
I have been trying to return the items back to the company. The company is fraudulent and therefore should be investigated.
They have politely emailed stating that I will be charge for the return to China, (this clarifies my suspicions) and charge for the tax. Totalling more than I paid for both collections. Scare mongering. PayPal are dealing with this. I am to return the items and will get a full refund. However, there is a good chance I will be out of pocket for the postage.

Even if your jewellery arrives,it's not skillfully made as it would be from Wendy Clark.
This company which is using the name Wendy Clarke is fake tat jewellery.
Don't be fooled like l was

I ordered the jewlery was told there was a delay in sending. I waited.
Then I received a photo of a door I have no idea of it's location but it was not mine, given our address it is obvious the door does not match it.
I immediately sent a message stating this was not my door, kindly collect and deliver to the postal address. Heard nothing.
I again contacted the carrier and was told it was out of their hands.
I now have paid the money, but have nothing for it, serves me right for not using a relatable company who use good carriers. Will never be caught out like that again
Someone has nice jewellery at my expense.
Very unhappy

Lies and lies ..its a scam. You an buy same jewellery from temu for a coyple of pounds. Please take down ad...retirement ...what a joke.

This company is operating a scam. Wendy Clarke doesn’t exist. I bought the ocean wave earrings for £25.15 and then was offered a discount for the matching pendant which I then bought for £35.94. Total £61.09. The earrings weren’t true to the photos.
I then found the same items on Amazon selling for £3.61 and £5.71 or together £9.71. Made in China. Someone just made £51.38 out of me and Wendy Clarke isn't a sweet elderly retiring jewellery maker. This site should be taken down.

1 star and that’s only because I cant do zero. The items are of zero quality and I’m in the process of trying to return them. How “she” can say that they are crafted by herself is a joke.

No jewellery arrived, ordered on the 17th July. Unable to track the order with the order number given and no way of contacting Wendy Clarke by phone. Sent email but no answer.

Do NOT use this service
I HAVE HAD TO GET MY CREDIT CARD TO RAISE A DISPUTE- THE STUFF IS INFERIOR- JUNK
The company without any wwb page, just an ordering service, deliveries are random, avoid all payments unless it is backed up a payment via credit card,(paying by credit card offers some level of protection, particularly under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 in the UK)
NOT TO DONATE ANY MONIES AS A GIFT because basically its merely a con, in my opinion

0 STARS - Luckily I only wasted time on this scam site, looking at 19 pages of "closing down" bargains, all with only 7 items left (no problem adding 10+ of anything to your cart, though ...). Moments before benefitting from unbelievable savings, managed to remind myself "if it's too good to be true it's not true" and checked this person out. "She" is from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Colne, Savannah (via NYC), etc etc, has a different name (Christine something) in Australia. She's on Pinterest and Facebook (multiple spellings). In France she's Colette Dubois, on a site that the French site MiniMachines.net uses to illustrate the growing phenomenon of AI-powered drop-shipping scams. Everyone here warning you to image search the merch - listen to them. They're 100% correct, this is as bogus as it gets.

I wish I has read the reviews- clearly had gut feeling at the story and how the timeline didn’t match up with the length of service to retirement- so I appreciate anyone who took the time to comment on here! I feel a fool and now not looking forward to my parcel, if it ever arrives! Straight in the bin… f-ing scammers

Scam 100 %

Jewellery cheap and tacky

Appear to be made in Asia not handmade as quoted on the website.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering n spending my hard earned cash on memorial rings.
I can’t even say they were subpar quality because I never received them. Emailed Amazon shipping and Wendy Charles, lovely worded emails but no substance to them and end result is I’ve lost money.

Much of the jewellery on Wendy Clarke's website are NOT made personally by her! Look at the humming bird earrings, which she is asking GB£23.99 for; you can buy the exact same thing on TEMU for £1.01!!! None of the jewellery mentions that it's real gold, which 99% of it isn't. Check it out for yourself and you will soon discover that this website, for all its declarations of truth, is nothing but another SCAM.

A cheap piece of ' fashion jewelry ' was sent in the place of what was ordered. Its nothing like what is advertised

Total scam!
Not handcrafted from Scotland, cheap shoddy jewellery from Asia.
I raised a dispute with PayPal and got a 100% refund.

I would give no stars to this its a scam makes out its from UK but actually ASIA returns as it points out is hassle free believe me its NOT i have asked a few times for return address and still not got one. I have now been offered 10% discount and to keep them i won't be accepting this. I will be trying to pursue some sort of legal action on this as its a scam and robbing people of money they have worked so hard for DO NOT BUY from these thieves

This is a scam, jewellery is rubbish and says easy returns. It's not easy as I've asked 5 times for return address and she never gets back with one. She hasn't even got a proper email address, Does anyone know it?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
