Absolutely disgraceful company call them self a recovery company , they couldn’t recover for a hangover. Rude customer service my wife got in a small car accident called Audi assist they called this company to recover the car. We were told two hours maximum this kept rolling over and over by 10 minutes until 4 1/half hours past we still know recovery.

Then we had a phone call to say it would be another hour to 90 minutes. The car was in a dangerous position and my wife was on the curbside.

We decided to call Audi assist again for some support which they were great. They arranged another company HRS recovery. They were with us within 30 minutes.

This company needs to do better.

Will from Swindon who came to tow my van was brilliant. He's gone above and beyond to get me out of that terrible situation when Chippenham was totally flooded. Although I had to wait a bit due to the huge demand for recovery, he was absolutely brilliant. He's sorted what looked like a dire situation very easily. Great chap, very professional and excellent with safety as well. 10/10 👍🏽

Cris,who came out to recover our Audi was great. Considerate, polite And very helpful. He did well to find us as he had completely the wrong road/area....given to him by the person who took my request for help, although I had given precise instructions as to our whereabouts. I found myself with a flat battery in Trenchard Street Car Park in Bristol last night when leaving for a journey back to Exeter. As I didn't have breakdown cover I contacted Westbourne Motors for assistance.

The technician - Younes (I think that's the correct spelling) arrived within 45 minutes. He was friendly and informative, clearly knowing what he was talking about.

Unfortunately the car park had a height restriction in place which meant Younes couldn't get his van to my car. Additionally, the jump pack he had on hand didn't provide enough to jump start.

He returned to his office to grab another jump pack and return approx 30 minutes later, at which point he got my car started and enabled me to get on with my journey.

Really happy with the service provided by Younes and Westbourne Motors. Yes the £96 call out fee is quite steep, but you got me out of a highly stressful situation in a timely and positive way. Thanks!

Bunch of heavy handed pigs.
Caused thousands of pounds damage to my car when they recovered it.
Pathetic company.

The RAC asked this company to move my broken down motorhome , the request was put in at 3pm at 5.30pm a vehicle arrived that was inappropriate for the job , their driver had not been given the details of the vehicle he was collecting. Westbourne motors promised to send a correct vehicle the same day ….. it is now 9.30 pm and I still have not heard if the recovery vehicle is actually on its way or not. Nobody answering the phones at their office . Appalling, I will avoid at all costs in the future

I'm writing this message to say how I was Impressed with the guy that came out to tow me to a toyota garage in west sussex he was very friendly and such a nice guy, thanks so sorry I have forgotten your name.

Horrible company! Left me and my car unattended for 30+ hrs!!! Unacceptable and not a good enough excuse on their part.. for a fully fledged company to say they didn’t have appropriate equipment to use + OTHERS NEEDED HELP TOO!?! What the actual joke leaving people hanging for hours in danger and sending text messages each time with the wrong reg number. Beyond belief, please stay away!

After getting in touch with green flag, due to a breakdown, a Westbourne recovery vehicle arrived within the hour, and the driver could not have been more helpful, his number was 144, upon getting us home , i then had to unload my car, due to been on holiday. the following day i managed to get the car to Westbourne motors and explained the problem, and within a few days they had sorted out the problem and they were first class in there repairing the car and were really very polite and helpful .

Dont ever rely on this Company, waited over 7 hrs for recovery, every time I chased them for eta, was given a different excuse, one of the vehicles that was due to collect me was supposingly in a bad accident on its way to me was just one of them, wouldn't recommend, stay well clear of them, arrange with another Company

If I could do more stars I would RSA 109 stayed with me as I was panicking, checked my battery came followed me to Halfords, chose my battery and fitted it - all whilst he still hadn’t had his lunch. Polite, helpful beyond measure and a wonderful young man - thank you

The technician arrived 25 minutes earlier than expected and waited by my car whilst I returned. He quickly identified that the fault was not mechanical or electrical but an ECU coding issue. He found the fault code, diagnosed the fault, cleared the fault, cleared the memory and reset the ECU. He then kindly followed me home for the short journey back to my home to make sure the fault did not occur again. I have nothing but praise for Eugene, and Westbourne Recovery and the service he and they gave us. This is not the first time I have used Westbourne Recovery and I have never found fault with their service. I would recommend them every time.

Spent 6 hours waiting at the roadside, the guy turned up and said he couldn't fix it but was prepared to botch it with gaffer tape. When I said I wasn't happy with that he got angry. Asked him to take me to garage nearby but he said they were all shut (because he'd taken 6 hours) but he refused. I was willing at this point to take my chances with a garage and phone them in the morning to arrange a fix. But this man was so rude, offhand, and unhelpful. He left us at 11pm on the side if the road, after waiting for 6 hours and without helping. Dreadful, dreadful company. How are they allowed to trade?

If you do not want to suffer at the side of the roads do not work with these people. They do not honour their commitments.
Had accident at 12:45 and called them.
Was booked for a 15:20 road side tow truck service at 13:13. They did not keep their word and did not come at 15:20 said will be coming in 45-50 min. They did not keep this booking as well, and said will be there by 18:00. They did not keep their word again and said it will be by another 30 min. I called at 18:42 and was told again another 40min.they didn't come again. Last time driver called at 19:22 and said will be coming at 20:00.

What you need to know about a transportation of your car over 100 miles. Mine needs to be moved 101 miles, so they collected it on a friday morning (after leaving me waiting for over 8 hours the day before) They told me "due to the fact it's over 100 miles, it'll need to go to a hub before it's moved on to the garage" What i didn't know is that it will take a week!!! I could have pushed it there faster.

Westbourne motors do not complete thorough checks on cars before they diagnose the problem. My car was overheating and they did not check for a head gasket failure. Instead they replaced the water pump and thermostat, charged me £480 and said it was fixed. The car continued to overheat because the head gasket had failed. If that had been checked first then I would not be £480 out of pocket. My car is a write off and I’m furious. I would not use this company again, I have zero faith in their ability to be decent mechanics/human beings!

We were recently rescued by Westbourne Motoring Assistance and can highly recommend them. Our family have a huge sense of gratitude to the team, they helped us with a sense of urgency. The driver Jervon (Rec 139) was a true professional. He arrived in a extremely timely manner, got on with the task of loading the car whilst simultaneously making us all feel as ease. Throughout the proceeding rescue journey the driver was kind, considerate and reassuring. I cant say enough good things to be fair. Anyway, dont hesitate to call them. Excellent company. Top marks to Jervon!

Called Greenflag re flat tyre. Westbourne motors were sub contractors. Came very quickly. Excellent service from Bruno, who was so polite and helpful. Took me to Tyre specialist, new tyre bought, returned to my car & fitted new tyre. Could not fault them.

Showed up quickly when sub-contracted by Green flag to assist. Got car going. Quoted to replace starter motor and showed up next day and did it - considerably cheaper than our local garage.
