A good service, Found it really easy having it done on the driveway.

Mechanic was really good and efficient.
However we never received the call in the morning regarding narrowing the window of time when mechanic would arrive,so waited in from 12 when he actually arrived at nearly 3

Man arrivied on time for oil and fliter change. £135 not bad price as 189.00 in my local halfords. It use to 79.00 in halfords. So did it all in hour no mess took old oil away.
I woul recommend this.
Easy to book on line. no fuss .

Aa mechanic was great. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Unfortunately the booking system has flaws and my first appointment i booked was a no-show. So I had to rebook. But turned out ok in the end. Great price and will use again

I got a full service from a mobile mechanic. Work was quick and I'm very pleased with it. Only negative was the booking confirmation email said I would get a call in the morning with a slot and another call when the mechanic was in his way. I did not get either call. However, the mechanic did arrive within the window given at booking and was very professional and efficient.

The AA are really proactive, and when you ring them up you can speak to a human being.

Fantastic price and very quick MOT when I needed to get back to work. Very clean premises and testing area, knowledgeable (they picked up the advisories Lexus had previously said at the last service) and very open and pleasant to speak to. Clear advice and would certainly return.

The car was meant to be collected between 8-11am. We had to contact AA as this did not happen.

We also had an email telling us that payment had been declined, it hadn’t. Payment was made on the Friday before. We were then advised we still owed 1p!!
A further phone call to AA.
Not the smooth process that is advertised!

Was easy to setup and the garage i used was absolutely great the mechanic was polite and very friendly would recommend that garage to anyone

If I could give zero, I would.

1. Booked and paid
2. Called me to say cannot collect and cancelling as garage wont travel to get my car.
3. Said reimbursement would take up to 7 days.
4. Lady was helpful (after I explained how unhappy I was that theyre using garages without checking travel distance). She booked another garage.
5. Garage called and asked me and discussed booking, I paid for mot and service, said they had not received payment for mot..explained i paid.
6. Cannot access booking to find out if AA took it for mot too and have no email receipt to clarify.
7. Collected car but because I can't prove I paid mot said I'd have to pay over phone, I agreed.
8. Chased 3 times as no one updated me about my car and it was approaching close of the day.
9. Call to say they "forgot" to mot my car but did service.
10. Car absolutely stank of takeaway! Its reeked!
11. AA email documents and its not clear if an issues been done or I have to do it i.e. break fluid/top up and ticked but not stated as done.
12.AVOID!

Mechanic was friendly and informative. Communication about booking was good, although the text message gave wrong window of time

mechanic 10 of 10 for his enveour , but it was a waste of both my time and his as it did not solve my issue ..............would have been better if I had went direct to auto electrican ..........and not had a call out
