West Capital
I filled out a brief HELOC application online and was immediately inundated by phone calls, text and emails.
Knowing what I was looking for and having it copied to my clipboard made it easier to cut through the noise.
Then I received a call a few days later from Tania Amaya from West Capital in California telling me she thought she could help. Quoting me a better rate then the company that holds my original mortgage by 1.25%.
She submitted the proposal and I started the application. From there she made the process as easy as these things could be and was very helpful. We closed a week ago and the money was already put to good use.
Tree Service will be here this week to cut down and dispose of 22 dead trees that pose a risk of falling onto my house, cars and RV.

Nicholas Falini was great
Nicholas Falini was great! He found me the best loan at the best rate. He was even able to lower my closing costs which beat out other brokers I was rate shopping with. 10/10!

I took there call on a Monday Morning
They reached out to me, when 3 other top notched mortgage companies, took me to closing, I had to pay for appraisals, and then they come up and tell me, that there was no way they could help me, and no other mortgage company could with my income and debt. When I took that call on Monday morning, and I was told my loan would go thru, I didn't believe Alex, I was not believing him until we got to closing with his and his staff, everything went thru so fast and no questions about it, this company worked with me, got me my loan, I am debt free, and all because someone took a chance on me, and I will recommend West Capital, they are highly recommended in my book...Everyone I worked with, was great, kind, understanding, and helpful...cannot thank everyone enough!!

Overall I thought Kaleb Rodrigue did a good job. Things went smoothly until the last month or so when multiple, duplicate requests were made for information. This is more about underwriting for Rocket Mortgage. And funds didn't get to the closing attorney's office until noon the day of the closing.
