I had trouble with other companies promising things and then not coming thru so I was doubtful they would do what that promised. I was wrong, and they delivered in every way. My rep was excellent!!!!

From the start, Cecelia was sincere, optimistic and very supportive. I honestly thought this is too good to be true. I had been working with another lender that was making the process extremely difficult and discouraging.

Eric Sheikh, was exceptional. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was very professional, polite and patient as this was my first time considering and moving forward with this process.
The whole team was great and stayed on top of things to ensure completion as quick as possible!
You know how you can handle business with a company and afterwards it felt transactional like the customer service and care that they gave you when they wanted your business was gone in seconds, no follow-up etc.
This company and Eric was NOT like that! He followed up to make sure everything was okay and confirmed with me that funds were received.
He also brought me peace and comfort in knowing that if I needed anything or had anymore questions that I can still reach out to him and he would assist, which took all of my worries away.
If this is something that you are considering and are nervous about it, I can tell you personally that you are truly in great hands with West Capital Lending!
