What made my experience great was working with Anthony Bowling. If you had 10 stars I would have picked them. He was so very helpful from start to finish. We were at the point to where we were going to lose our house, but he helped to prevent that. He stayed in contact and when I had issues with another person, Anthony stepped in even though it was not his place and after I explained the issue to him, he did not hesitate to step in. Anthony went out of his way and his other team members at Longbridge in helping us with this agreement. I would recommend Anthony to anyone and everyone. He deserves whatever your company gives as kudos because he is GREAT!!!

After clicking on the IG ad, I was contacted same day and qualified to proceed over the same call. The process was easy and quick (although its never quick enough, is it?). Reneil Lovo was my contact throughout the process. He emailed, texted and called me as needed in a timely manner. The process can be frustrating but that was no reflection on him.
I was able to pull some equity from my home without touching the interest rate nor extending the remaining mortgage length.
I am happy with the results as it kept me from drowning. I highly recommend West Capital Lending.

The associate I worked with kept me informed all the way. My only complaint is that the Underwriting Department insisted on a Trust Certificate, but in my state (MI), my lawyer confirmed that this document was not required to be filed with the state. This added some frustration and time to the process. But in the end the document was not needed in order to process the loan. Still, a pretty seamless process.

Joe and Megan were the best help with everything that I needed to do to finish my loan. And fast. Thank you to everyone who worked on my loan to get it done.
