His support staff were excellent and helpful in closing very quickly. He was patient, friendly and attentive to our needs as we were filled with anxiety. He would respond to our calls within an hour on any day and at any time, without fail. We can’t speak highly enough about the service we received and will highly recommend AL and West Capital to anyone who might need help with a loan.

Wish I could give you five stars!
Loan officer was great, application was easy, but communication was extremely poor. Very difficult to get clarification when underwriting team needed info not originally provided. A lot of time was wasted waiting for details so I could them what they needed.
