All parties involved were very helpful, professional and coordinated with each other well.

We were turned down by local banks because our credit was less than perfect.

I would have given a higher rating but the transition to pay off debt and put the proceeds of the loan was not communicated clearly. My payout has been delayed at least a week.
I will say the loan officer, Ryan Tapper, was very good and attentive. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and responsiveness of Ryan. Other than that, I’m still waiting for my loan money.
