They love their terms and conditions....buyer beware
Corset ordered from them and it had a blemish on it... Looked like excess glue not wiped off fully. Tried to live with it and in the end decided to email them and return it.
From the start even with photos and videos they made out it was my fault for using a harsh cloth. But this blemish WAS THERE BEFORE I WASHED IT as told them in the emails.
Since I was frustrated I took to my personal insta page and vented. I tagged them and I feel they are just hiding behind their terms and conditions and will not be willing to fix the issue. They have already insinuated that I'm wrong many times.
And because I didn't use their cleaning product (I along with millions use vivishine) they are trying to blame me.
I wouldn't be kicking up this much fuss if I had caused it but I didn't. The blemish was there BEFORE i washed it.
Item was received back to you this morning and I don't want it back... However I want my money back for th cancellation of my 2nd order (minus your stupid restocking fee)
All this could have been avoided if you had not insinuated it was my fault! Again the mark was there BEFORE I washed it how many more times do I have to say that?!?!
Again another edit as they are trying not to answer my questions. You have the item back now as it was delivered this morning.
I left a review here as it's a review page and I'm allow to do so. I'm letting future customers know what they could possibly get themselves into.
For me this is not the end till I get my money back from my second order. So please refund my monies due and then it will be the end of the matter.

The issue is a simple one. A garment supplied has displayed stain marks after having been worn and washed by the customer. The self-confessed venting on social media has complicated the matter by muddying the water. This is unfortunate. The vexation and venting has now spun into what is a slanted review on Trustpilot. Added and unnecessary confusion. We have already stated, in writing, to the customer that irrespective of cause to 'send it (the garment) to us anyway so that we can have a look and see what we can do to rectify the issue for you'.
Follow up comment.
The original review has now been edited. It is unfortunate that Trustpilot allows edits, this can distort what is being replied to. No matter. The anger vents on.
For the record, this issue does not have any connection to Vivishine, nor have we suggested or stated that it does. This is pure distraction.
To repeat, the issue is a simple one and will be dealt with accordingly.

Tight for a small.. usually have Xtra small.

We have checked Latex Sophia's order for standard size small. We have not received any direct communication on this issue. The garment was made in accordance with the standard size charts, as shown on our website. It is unfortunate if the correct size was not ordered. In these situations, we recommend made-to-measure. Further to our initial reply, we note that Latex Sophia's review has been adjusted slightly to state that the correct size was ordered. It is disappointing that Trust pilot allows edits to initial comment, it plays havoc with the flow/reading of a review. No matter. We are solution based.

Got a dress on 1 week rush and it turned up bang on the one week mark - really gorgeous colour, just latex is a little on the thin side but really pretty and the fit is absolutely perfect!
Will definitely be ordering again :)
