I ordered a Dominatra skirt which I love. I didn’t give 5 stars as there are so many add-on charges when I ordered it feels a bit depressing. For instance having pearlsheen is an extra 15%, the delivery is normally 25-30 workings days unless you pay up to 40% extra for fast track. Ouch. I like the skirt. I hate the extra charges.

The made to order latex catsuit turned up faster than expected, and to a very high quality! It's stunning!

I bought a very simple long sleeved dress recently - wish I hadn't now. I wore it (first time) out to an event on 5th March and the seams fell apart - literally! It wasn't a tight fit. The first seam to go was the front of the left shoulder and then things went from bad to worse with the left side seam going then the right, then the right shoulder.... Remember, I was out in public at an event when this happened! I had to cover up with a big coat (luckily I had one - it was chilly outside) and return to the hotel, obviously upset and more than a little angry.
I reported this to WB by email (no telephone number for customer service) and got a swift email back:
"Thank you for your email and I am sorry to see that the seam has come unglued. Our garments are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch so this is very unusual.
Please return the dress to the address below so that the garment can be fully inspected and the issue resolved. We will of course reimburse the postage cost to return the item up to the value of £9.50"
I did as asked and returned the dress, provided proof of postage and waited. The next email on the 9th March read:
"I have received the dress back.
We apologise that the seams have not bonded. We are having a new dress made for you which will be dispatched within the next few days.
I will forward your details for a postage refund.
Once again many apologies"
The replacement dress duly arrived on 17th March (why you get 2 stars). No goodwill gesture, voucher or note. So thanks for that.

Expecting people to pay at extra 25% for an exchange of sizing and 30% for a refund if the item doesn't fit, when standard sizing not tailoring is purchased, and you can easily sell the item again, is ridiculous. You don't have a store where items can be tried on, so best guess is our only option and sometimes items don't fit.

For purchasers I have bought Westward Bound through Amazon and going that route they will tailor items for you even if you buy a standard sizing. For some unknown reason they don't do it when purchasing directly from them.

Always great service and delivers as promised, reasonable prices too.

Westward Bound are a good company to do business with. I ordered a made to order garment and the process went through seemlessly. You get updates as to how your order is progressing which is nice, when your item is despatched it arrives quickly. Will definately use again.
