I highly recommend WHN Solicitors for conveyancing. As a property trader, speed and efficiency are absolutely critical and Jennifer Prysiaznyj completely delivered once again! They understood the need to move quickly, kept delays to an absolute minimum, and pushed the transaction through rapidly without sacrificing attention to detail.

WHN handled the probate and conveyancing of a property for my late father's estate. Everything was handled professionally and communications were responded to promptly. We instructed Carl at WHN Solicitors for the sale of our leasehold flat, a transaction that involved additional enquiries and requirements due to the leasehold nature of the property and the fact that it had recently undergone cladding works. Carl and Lyndsey were very responsive and handled the buyer’s solicitor’s demands well.

Given the added complexity of the enquiries, the team along with Carl’s colleague Elizabeth also kept us updated throughout and supported the progression of our sale. Their combined professionalism and steady support guided the sale to a successful completion and we are genuinely grateful for the team’s dedication, patience and efforts throughout.
