This is the second time I have used WH Solicitors and just as the first time It has been a wonderful stress-free experience. The whole process was simplified and done remotely on-line. If you are looking for a professional service at a great price you will not need to look elsewhere.

I simply cannot recommend WH Solicitors enough. I applied for a Non-Married Partner Visa in the summer of 2020 and had many questions and queries. Waleed answered them all. Aside from being wonderfully informative, Waleed and his associates were easy to contact, friendly, and always made me feel at ease in such a stressful time. One of the main things that I enjoyed was the fact that everything was able to be done remotely. Through Whatsapp, phone calls, and emails, it always felt like Waleed and his team were just seconds away and able to answer any questions I might have. I have been with other solicitors before, however I have never felt as cared for as I have with WH Solicitors. With my Visa now approved, I will be recommending WH Solicitors to everyone I can.

My application was based on that I was living with my nan whom I treat as my own mother, and that I have no one in my home country. I did not meet any of the rules, apart from showing that there were ‘very significant obstacles’ problems if I lived abroad.

My nan a few years ago went to a lawyer, who took our money but then disappeared. So we lost trust in a lawyer. I needed to sort my visa so that I could support my nan, and she could retire. She did so much for me.

After searching the internet, my nan found Mr Hassan. Even though other firms had good reviews, the were basic reviews. Mr Hassan’s reviews from other clients were very positive and it shows how their lives have changed and the level of service he provides to each client. This was what swayed us to have a consultation with him.

My nan and I explained everything to Mr Hassan, and what was good was that he listened to everything first, then asked very probing questions which opened our eyes as to the detail he went to. Without hesitation we wanted him to represent us.

The whole process was easy, as he made it easy for us. After preparing my detailed representations, statement from me, my nan, and friends, I was wowed at the preparations, and was very confident that I would get a visa. Mr hassan was honest and told me these application are complex, and that if it is refused we should be able to appeal the decision.

After a few months wait, despite covid pandemic, my application was granted and I got 2.5 years visa. I now have my BRP card, and I am looking for a job, and full my dream of setting up my own business. Hopefully soon, my nan can retire and treat her with all the wonders in life that she deserves.

I made a fee waiver and human rights application for my children during the first lockdown of the pandemic. The outcome was very positive. The home office granted the application.

Prior to our virtual consultation meeting, I had concerns about one of my child who had no international passport for the application. I approached Mr Hassan of WH Solicitors as someone suggested to use him.

Covid caused us problems with the finance side and having recently having a child. We were really worried that the application will be refused or that I could be put on a 10 year spouse visa. This would have been unfair as the current covid climate is unprecedented.

Mr Hassan told us the risks but assured me that he will do his best to the get 5 year route while its not a guarantee. I liked his honesty and frankness.He was clear on what the requirements were documents needed  and what how to present the case as strong as possible.

I got a notification from the home office saying that I had overstayed and due to Covid19 it was almost impossible to get appointments or get through to anyone.

I was recommended Mr Hassan and contacted him and had a zoom meeting where is was clear in what I was facing. He was very professional and told me clearly what steps he would take with this notice of overstaying.

He outlined the plan and put the pros and cons to me and told me he felt positive that it would be a good outcome and like he said he got me my visas within a short time as I wanted to get to India for my daughters wedding and the situation with the visa was upsetting both sides of the family as we were not being able to plan anything.

Mr Hassan will act very fast as he does not look at the watch like most lawyers and will get your information to the home office in the late evenings so it hits the home office for the next morning, this I have not seen any lawyer do.

Any difficulties sending pictures, documents again a photo was sent to his team and they sorted it out.

My fiancé had a great experience working with Mr Hassan ,my fiancé contact Mr Hassan last year to apply for her Settlement Visa via priority service and she got her positive answer Within five hours of applying. My illegal stay naturalisation application has been granted. I have used Mr Hassan for my case many many years ago and because of him I got indefinite leave to remain. I never bothered applying for British passport naturalisation. But I decided to apply at the end. I didn't seek any legal advice and I applied for naturalisation my self. To my shock, the home office sent me letter saying that for 10 years before my application I was an illegal person with no visa. This was true but I didn't know that this will be an issue with the home office and how to respond to it. My friend told me that my application will be refused as his solicitor said the same thing about 10 years good person rule. I searched for waleed and found on the Internet showing that he has his own law firm. I contacted him and discussed my case with him. Despite having ilr for over 5 years, he amazingly still knew about my case. We went through everything as I already made the application and there was no turning back, Mr hassan made very detailed and strong arguments why I should be naturalised and that I am good character person even though I had no right to stay on the uk. We provided many supporting documents as well. I have received the news yesterday after waiting for a long time that my application was successful. I am an American living in the UK with my British-born Spouse and three children, but required a switch from my work-visa to ensure I could remain in the UK beyond its expiry date. My chief concern was any mistake on my application and that leading to challenges in receiving a successful decision.
