We approached Wise for help with a Let to Buy mortgage. Debs was fantastic from start to finish. She didn't just provide us with details of the deals on offer but took the time to give us valuable anecdotes from her experiences. She was kind and extremely helpful throughout. Her admin assistant, Anna, was efficient and helpful and helped to make the end-to-end process as streamlined as possible. We would definitely go back.

Recently put offer for house and required a mortgage on top of the deposit we had available for the purchase. To secure our sale our buyer via Estate Agents needed a full proof of funds. As the property was due for an open house viewing we did not want to miss out. Contacted Wise Mortgages who quickly acted to get us a mortgage in Principal letter so we could satisfy our seller. Our mortgage broker was friendly and arranged in the short timeframe we needed. Her Admin team were equally excellent and timely requesting the additional information we needed to secure the actual offer. Concluded within a week. Excellent Service. Highly Recommended. David S

We cannot recommend Wise Mortgages more. We worked with Mat & Sophie who were extremely knowledgeable and kind. As first time buyers, Mat made sure to take the time to explain each part of the process to us and answer any questions we had. From start to finish, the process was really enjoyable and genuinely not even half as stressful as we know it could have been. Both Mat and Sophie are amazing at what they do, and we truly cannot fault the service.

Exceptional end to end service from Kit and his team. We were in the market for a second home mortgage and Mat worked quickly to find us a range of products, taking time to explain each option. Once selected, Anna seamlessly took the reins and completed the offer speedily and efficiently. This is our first time using a mortgage broker and I don’t know why we didn’t think to do it before. They do the leg work and remove a huge amount of stress from the situation. I whole heartedly recommend Wise.

Wise mortgages were thorough & made the process of a remortgage seamless for me. On top of this great service, when my offer came through they found me a reduced fee (a massive £2500!) and a cheaper rate (0.2%) so I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to everyone in the team but especially Anna for her efficiency & communication. Didn’t need to chase at all, she constantly updated me in a timely manner.

Haven’t moved into the house yet but they update me everyday with better rate options and in thr course of a month or so have managed to get it down nearly a whole 1% !! Highly recommend can’t thank them enough saving us as much money as possible

Amy has helped to renew my mortgage at least 3 times now, this time however as it was over the Christmas period she was helped by Sophie.

Beyond greatful for all the help from Wise Mortgages. They have assisted us with four products and I can confirm that they have done their utmost each time. Some lenders were hard work and I can 100% gurantee that we wouldnt have been able to do it without Anna and Kits help.
