Communication was really good and Poppy explained everything to me clearly. Both Poppy and Sophie kept me up to date so that I knew how my application was progressing at all times. They provided an efficient and effective service. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Kit is warm, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and indisputably expert - what more could you want from a company like this? He listened very carefully, explained patiently and fully, then went away and found the best options for us (and we spoke to others, none of whom came close). He never told us what to do, he was always careful about what and how he said it and gave full information where necessary.

Anna is proactive, speedy, responsive and just as warm, helpful and kind. What more could you ask for from a company like this?

Why only 4 stars? Wasn't impressed by the solicitors he recommended, nor the fact that he pushed them so strongly even though I'd already instructed my own.

Poppy Garraway did a cracking job. However being advised I would have to pay a fee earlier, at the beginning of the process, would have been useful in managing my budget.

My Re-Mortgage process was a bit complicated to say the least however Kit found the appropriate solution very quickly. Kit helped get through the various hurdles and then Aliesha took over with the underwriter, keeping me calm through the process and ensuring the application was successful. How easy it was to remortgage and the advice received throughout the process. It was mostly conducted online so it was super easy to keep track of what was going on.
