Wow! What can I say about Wise mortgages?The whole team are absolutely AMAZING so proffesional with their approach and so knowledgeable with the ability to put you at ease from the first contact.

I was very pleased with the service I received from both my Mortgage Adviser Poppy and her assistant Aliesha. I was always kept in the loop about what was going on and never had to chase to find out anything. Both were always at the end of a phone and I was never any trouble. Kit and Chloe have been amazing. Very proactive, friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. The process was very quick and they made it all work well in the end.

I can't remember how long I have been using Kit for now. I was not sure what to do when my financial advisor retired after approximately 15 years of him looking after our property portfolio. Somehow I found Kit I think at the start of his journey and maybe six years later I am still with him as the properties come up for re-mortgage. He has always found me the best deals and I feel like he understands our requirements whilst always suggesting alternative solutions. He'll also put you in touch with professionals that might aid your requirements. Once selling a house he put me in touch with a developer and I think he put me in touch with an accountant.
So he has the 360 degrees covered off. Wouldn't bother picking up the phone to anyone else until Kit has done his magic.
This is the first time I have encountered Aliesha and trying to re-mortgage from Ethiopia with the internet constantly going off whilst doing everything digitially was trying. She was polite, calm, really efficient and always nothing was too much trouble.
I know the team has expanded and it sounds like they have picked colleagues very carefully to give one a great customer experience. Thank you.

I was recommended to Kit, Senior Broker who went beyond himself to find 2 remortgage deals for me in relation to my financial situation. One was for my residential property and the other was for a BTL.
Once he had found the mortgages he passed my case over to Chloe who again worked beside herself to make sure that everything went through as smoothly as possible. She was very patient, transparent, practical and efficient throughout the whole process with the mortgage companies and solicitor and helped calm me when l became frustrated. She remained involved right to the very end, jumping on the phone or emailing if necessary to prevent any form of delay, which l am so grateful for.
