The work in my bathroom was carried out in a professional manner with care given to other furniture I had in my hall. The surveyor, David Orr, ensured that I understood clearly the process to be carried out and that on completion of the works I would receive a 20-year guarantee. The whole team were pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend this company

Willie and Grant were fantastic when they came to the house. Both were very friendly and polite.

It was grant that came to do the work he was very friendly and talked me through and explained what he was going to be doing,had all furniture and stuff covered he is a berry hard worker cleaned up after himself and left everything very tidy,if you are getting work done you want grant to be the one doing it

Wise Property came to do some remedial work for me. Team arrived on time, work finished to a high standard and despite me thinking there was going to be a lot of clearing to do, the rooms were left really clean with minimal dust. Thank you to all.

This is the 3rd time we have used this company in different property, each time the service has been excellent. The staff know what they're doing, they arrive when they say they will, they do what they say they will do, they consistently do it well. They are all tidy workers, polite and considerate. Thank you Neil and Will. And the price is reasonable. If only every company I have used was like Wise Property Care.

This company has been ideal from the off. Professional, reliable, friendly and they clean up after the job! All the guys were hardworking and got on with the job, dovetailing with other tradesmen. The office was easy to reach and talk to someone human and sympathetic. Great service all round .

Had these guys to treat a large property I look after good communication from all involved

We had a sensitive situation with my parent's house. As they grew older, they let their house fall into a bit of disrepair (despite our protestations). Their kitch had damp. Wise Property dealt with this promptly and sensitively, and I have to say, very professionally and as I write my mum & dad's new kitchen is being installed, which will vastly improve their quality of life.

When I realised the house had damp on the walls, I contacted 2 firms - Wise and Richardson & Starling. I didn' event receive a return phone call from Richardson & Starling.

With David Orr from Wise, we had a site visit arranged within days. Being the professional people they are, Wise arranged an asbestos check. Unfortunately asbestos was detected. Wise put us in touch with another excellent firm, Enviraz, who dealt with that promptly.

David was particularly sensitive to my parent's situation, as well as being very diligent in follow ups, as was Aileen Boyd in the contracts office, who helped schedule the work and ensured we kept to our planned kitchen install date,

Wise did "soup to nut" and plastered the wall and replaced the damp floorboards.

Many thanks to David, Wise and the damp correction team at Wise. Great job, very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them over firms.

Great communication with all members of the wise property team. Work was done according to plan and within a quick timeframe.

We paid for a professional service, but at least one of the workmen who initially came to do the job(s) didn't seem to know what he was supposed to be doing, and the other one did the job but the workmanship left a bit to be desired.
This is a rental property and we had to attend on three separate occasions to get a result that was acceptable to us.

I had a problem with rising damp that required urgent attention so that our kitchen development could be completed. The surveyor arrived promptly and I felt like a priority customer quickly assessed the work, wrote up a report and provided quotation. At short notice managed to secure a technician from another region who attended to the work over the weekend. Many thanks o Chris Beckett (Perth) and Grant Morrison (Aberdeen) who carried out the work professionally and with minimum of fuss. Settlement and issue of guarantee was also seamless.

David Orr, Senior Surveyor visited to assess the source of the damp issue and was very helpful in explaining the root cause and suggesting options to repair.
The work was carried out over two days by the joiner, Willie Whyte and the plasterer, Jamie Pender. They arrived on time, worked solidly until the work was completed and without interruption. Both were neat and tidy workers.Very commendable tradesmen and both are assets to the company.
Thank you also to David for his interaction towards the end which led to a positive result.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Wise Property Care to repair rotten wood and to treat woodworm in our house. It was easy to contact the surveyor Mark, who was happy to answer any of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. Grant, who carried out most of the work, was very helpful and kept us informed of how the work was progressing. Everyone involved (including Natasha and the plasterer) has been very kind and helpful and the work seems to have been done extremely well, with our house being left tidy. We have been very impressed.
