My frying pan arrived with a crack all the way through it in inadequate packaging. I contacted Wood To Water who admitted that it should have been boxed. The guy didn't apologise, and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. I got a refund but with no information about how long it would take until I asked. He made me feel like a pest and couldn't be bothered to be clear. I shall never use this company again. Appalling.

This is a great little company selling all sorts of goodies if you're into the outdoors. I've picked up twice from the warehouse as I live close by and have had a great welcome and service. Good competitive prices too.

Both the tent and rucksack I went on to utube got advice etc took padding out of kipped side pockets and removed some straps etc that I did not need ,on the tent made adjustments to guying system etc my walking poles 120 fit perfectly on the lanshan 2 tent
The kit will be used for south west coastal path so needed to be lightweight and easy to use thank you
