1 )Vehicule non conforme a celui demandé ( nous avons eu un vehicule plus petit ) et même prix .
2) Malgré que le vehicule est été rendu sans aucun dommage et que le loueur l'ai lui même confirmé , la caution à été encaissé ( 1290€ ) . Evidemment aucune reponse aux mails ni aux appels

Oplichters. Na in ontvangst nemen auto bleek dit een Suzuki Swift te zijn ipv een VW Polo. Auto zat helemaal vol met krassen en andere schade's. Binnen zag er prima uit totdat er een bijrijder in de auto gezeten had, want toen kwamen er allemaal oude zoutvlekken tevoorschijn. Niet van ons, want de auto heeft de kust geeneens gezien en we kwamen ook net vanuit NL. Bewust laten zitten om mede te kunnen delen, echter bij inleveren was er niemand aanwezig en/of bereikbaar en zodoende de auto achter gelaten op de inleverplek. Eenmaal thuis kreeg ik een app dat ik de zoutplek veroorzaakt had en er 300!!!! Euro cleaning fee ingehouden zou gaan worden.. Wat een scam. Om een uitgebreide rekening gevraagd waarin alles gespecificeerd gaat worden en die is mij toegezegd maar uiteraard nog niets ontvangen. Gereserveerde bedrag op mijn creditcard a 1050 euro zou na inleveren binnen 24 uur opgeheven worden. Dit is ook nog niet gebeurt. Blijf weg van dit bedrijf zou ik zeggen!!!!

Average car full of dents, high mileage, stink-awful even hostile reception at the Customer Sevice desk in Split with the final straw being 140 euro late arrival / booking reactivation charge for being 1 minute late beyond the 2 hour threshold owing to late arrival of the EasyJet plane. Draw your own conclusions but my advice is clear ! And by the way, I was faced with paying the late arrival charge or walking away from the week's reservation for which I had already paid.

Don't even think to Book with them. No mantenance, dangerous car, no brakes, wheels unchanged, and multiple trials to charge false fees. WE were obliged to rent a broken infant seat. The car have not been filled with Adblue (Diesel/gasoil complementary liquid)They eventually charged us with 800€ for a scratch on the front bumper. The cop at the airport said: "I understand but this is an often legal robbery"

Went away to Croatia last week, arrived in Split and booked this car rental company - all paperwork checked, deposit paid. Luckily the lady that gave us the keys and paperwork told us to take pictures of the car before leaving the airport for our own security (lots of marks on the car, and dents from previous) so did a full video of inside and outside of the car. Perfect drove away, did our week, had a blast! Arrived in UK to messages and photos saying that there were new damages and we had to pay for the damages.

Luckily we’d taken pictures and videos and used this immediately to explain that these marks were already present. They didn’t reply to any of our messages for more than 24hrs …. Day later they reply apologising and saying they’d made a mistake! Clearly they were trying to see if they could make more money from us!

This would have been a completely different review had they not “made a mistake” has they are trying to say they have made. Don’t believe that it was a mistake at all … if you use this company ensure you take thorough photos and videos of the rental car before leaving with the keys. If we hadn’t have done that who knows how much we would have lost.

Une catastrophe ! Une agence qui vous arnaque totalement. A fuir absolument. Et le pire c est que les conseillers sont très malveillants 👿.

I have never had the experience of a worker as rude and as horrible as this person was and she should be fired!

Everything was awful. She told me that she doesn't care. Left the location and told me there was no one else working. Left us in the middle of the car park with a car that had a flat battery in 35 °C heat.

We arrived at the desk at split airport, filled in all the required forms and went to the car. The car was a small automatic bmw instead of a manual suv. The car had bubble gum stuck to the back seat and the front floor mat. When this was pointed out the girl said I didn't clean the car! I told her the car is very small and we booked an SUV, she said she didn't care and left! We went to start the car and the engine wouldn't start. I rang them and they said there's no one at the airport anymore. They said they'll send someone from split . We were left in the boiling sun with a car that didn't start. This continued for over an hour. They came back and told us the battery is dead!

Also at the desk they wanted to charge €150 for the additional driver for 1 week. I had to argue that it is €8.75 per day. She was very very rude and asked me to prove it. I showed her the website terms and conditions and she didn't even apologise. Worst experience!

Worst car rental company around, avoid at all costs.
From the start, the guy told me to take pictures of around the car, they didn't do an inspection.
So I did this to the best of my ability, and I took great care in looking after an already badly damaged car.
On return, the same guy then went straight to a small dint on the underside of the front bumper, and said that we have caused the damage.
Without a garage even looking at it, they said it would cost 950 euros to fix, funnily enough the exact amount of deposit that we had to put down.
Real scammers!

Alt var godt ,meget imødekomme mennesker jeg har haft kontakt. Bilen var ok er meget tilfreds. Fik min bil i Zadar lufthavnen. Det er to år jeg bruge dem.Vil helt sikkert bruge dem igen næste år.

They cheated me! When drop of the car we check together with the employee that there was no new damages! 6 days later I got a damage bill 350€!!! The contract they included the mail there was diffrent register plate?! Asking this the answer was that the because the car is not on rental use anymore its diffrent?!! Asking why your employee check the car with us and confirm there was no new damages I never got any answer?! When I got to the rental desk drop of the car employee said you can go and I was like WHAT arent we gonna check the car??? Then came to check the car with us. The "damagepic" was taken just couple of minutes we walked away from the car. This is nothing but cheating!!! My husband and I are car painters so we really look cars as a professional eye. We have always trusted croatian people but now the trust is gone! I will not recommend this company for everyone. P.S. the earlier rewiew is written by company, Tomislav Cule. This is not the way how to run a succesful business!

Pris en otage!

Expérience désastreuse! A mon arrivée à l'aéroport d'Istanbul... personne!

J'ai appelé le numéro d'ECOVIA RENT A CAR fourni dans l'email de Carjet et le loueur me dit qu'il faut que je lui envoie le bon de réservation par whatsapp et me demande de le rappeler.

Résultat: 60 euros de hors-forfait prélevés par Orange. Finalement après 30 mn d'attente, un van vient nous chercher pour nous emmener à l'agence de location dans un coin perdu.

Pas d'ECOVIA mais un loueur du nom de XLRENT qui me dit qu'il n'y a pas de réservation à mon nom et que la voiture que j'ai réservée n'est pas disponible. Il ne reconnait pas non plus l'accompte que j'ai versé et prétend que c'est la commission de Carjet qui est à ma charge.

Bref, il me dit qu'il n'a pas la Hyundai que j'ai réservée mais qu'il a une clio disponible et qu'il faut payer 100 euros de plus car il n'a pas la possibilité de valider ma caution.

Question: comment savez-t-il que j'avais réservé une Hyundai s'il n'avait pas de réservation à mon nom?

Après quinze jours, lorsque je rend le véhicule, il constate cinq rayures sur les enjoliveurs et le pare-chocs et me fait comprendre que si je ne paie pas immédiatement 250 euros par rayure il ne m'emmène pas à l'aéroport au risque de râter mon avion.

Coin perdu, en pleine campagne, pas de taxi, pas de bus, quatre hommes qui exercent sur moi leur pression et qui parlent entre eux en turc, je suis seul avec ma femme et mes deux petites filles... Bref, après contestation des rayures, il prétend "me faire cadeuax de trois rayures et me faire un prix"; il me contraint finalement à payer 367 euros. En conclusion, j'ai cru économiser avec une entreprise locale (en loccurence XL RENT qui est en fait derrière plusieurs marques apparement comme ECOVIA) alors que j'ai au final payé le double de ce que j'aurai payé avec des loueurs classiques comme Europcar ou Hertz.

Rented a car from Split Airport for 10 days. Daughter had booked me as additional driver but this did not come up on the booking so had to pay additional monies on of 89.50 euros. The guy did not even check the car just gave us the keys and documents. Could not wait to get away as we were his last customers. We videod the car to note all scratches and bumps for our records. Wheel hub had major dent with cut in tyre above hub dent. Car pressure light came on within 10 minutes of leaving airport and was advised by garage the following day that car unsafe to drive and tyre pressure very low. Would not recommend as service very poor and this was booked through the EasyJet app with our flight.

Flight was delayed into Zadar. We had informed XL of our flight details but when we arrived at the kiosk they said they had cancelled our booking and said it would cost us an extra 50 Euros to re-activate. Then Instead of holding the1200 euro deposit on the card they withdrew it costing us a futher £60 UK bank charges. Guy who looked round the car at pick up wasnt interested in recording faults with car and at drop off kiosk was closed. Ive travelled to Croatia many times and this is the worst rental experience ever. Also be careful of good trust pilot reviews!!!

Meget tilfreds med det hele. De er så venlig og imødekommende vil gerne hjælpe. Fik bestilt en bil fra Zadar Croatia. Vil bruge dem igen. Alt var super godt.

Rented a car at zadar airport, had a really good experience...
I booked a VW polo for €25 for 1 day, and when i got there they informed me that they don't have that size car in, and they'll upgrade me to a suzuki viatara (4x4) for free.

Staff were really nice and helpful, car was great, dropped off the car the next day, there was already an agent waiting outside the parking lot, he checked around the car, saw everything was fine, and let me go.
Deposit was returned back to my debit card the same day.
Wish i can rate more than 5 stars.
Will deffinately be going back there.

Vi fik ikke den bil vi havde bestilt for det første.
For det andet var den fuld af skrammer, ridser og buler.
Forlygten var smadret, og det samme var 3. Stoplygte.
Vi tog billeder af alt på den.
Da vi afleverer den igen, er der en lille rids, på 0.2-0.3 mm som manden der tog billederne, ikke mener, at der var der inden vi fik bilen. (Men det var den)
Vi endte med at betale 1545.- dkk.

Vi blev dårlig behandlet og uretfærdig behandlet.

Vi havde fuld forsikring på bilen, men han ville ikke godtage den

Billigt. Bilens navsystem virkede ikke. Olielampen blinkede fra start.
Udgifter på 200 kr til rejse ud til kroatisk ø optrådte udover det oplyste ved overlevering i Split.
