I support a vulnerable adult who is a Tennant living at chestnut court in Barnsley.
He needed new floor coverings throughout his property which for him was a massive undertaking
The support he received from Paula Lawton Perry housing manager throughout this process went above and beyond.
A big thanks to the door contractor Andy Pinder who also went up and above.

I'm always reluctant to leave negative reviews but everyone has a breaking point. I've been trying to get an extractor fan fitted for some years now to alleviate the mould in the bathroom but cancelled appointments, calls to 'emergencies', not having the necessary tools and any other number of excuses are the only action.

I spoke with a lovely, helpful young lady called Sarah. I had 3 repairs to report, she answered my questions patiently, explained what she was doing. She arranged for all three repairs and gave me the job numbers and dates for all of them. It’s a pleasure to be able to speak to a person and not be told to go and sort it out on the internet. I am of an age where I don’t have the same computer skills as the young. Thank you for employing such an approachable and helpful team.

Amy and sian were very helpful and made my experience very stress free and have helped me with all the paperwork.

Report a repair November 25, 2 surveyors came to look at it, Feb 26 still no work done. Call again March 17th, to be given no update. Asked to put in a complaint, offered a £30 gift voucher for the length of time it had taken to do the repairs, I was told I could only accept the gift voucher if I withdrawn the complaint. Needless to say I did not accept thr gift voucher

Having held over £900 of my money stating I have to be a month in credit with my rent ( not mentioned on my tenancy agreement) I have had to issue court summons to receive my funds back. I have been passed from pllar to post over the last couple of months and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I have been a resident since 2007 but the just seem to think they can shit on us and thus time they have shit on the wrong one !!

I was dealt with an absolutely unbelievable woman called Lauren Middleton. She is a credit to your association and the way she dealt with me was astonishing.
