Repairs take months and the the houseing the staff are rude flat 4 Braybrook cort and the people living next door are a nightmare and they are racist and can not be trusted

A lovely lady called Vicky Bennison spoke to me on the phone and went through everything with me clearly about my new property. All questions was answered and i came off the phone with fully understanding about the property and rent etc. Thank you very much for your help Vicky😄

The customer service I received from Shahib today was excellent. It was a very complicated issue I was struggling with, and I had already been passed around a lot and sighed at having called lots of different places and people. Shahib was very helpful, friendly, and resolved my issue better than anyone else. Give that man a raise, he's on the 99th percentile for great customer service in the whole of Yorkshire (it feels like I've spoken to everyone in Yorkshire today...). Great customer service.

I spoke to someone called Sarah on the Yorkshire housing emergency repairs line, about my boiler not working , after having a power cut with all of my street for 24 hours, she was absolutely lovely, I felt so comfortable speaking to her and she helped to sort a visit from someone within a few hours , I can not thank her enough, I have spoken to colleagues before and they have never been as kind and helpful as Sarah, thankyou again 😁

jessica ceo spoke 14.01.2026 at 10.16 am and before that but phone went flat and also after 10.16 she spoke to me and helped me she didnt put phone down she didnt blame me she didnt ask intrusive questions she didn't pretend to understand she took her own time go into my case and she read messages from me and my housing officer nick i think and feel same way about his effort and help also but i called up crying YH and Panicking and worrying about nothing.... i WANT to move to Birmingham i want new start and i want my own life i want control not ky mother and father anymore not kevin anymore not my son izaac dad anymore. i want this move for me!!!! amd i cant expect Mothers or fathers or friends or anyone to understand and liek the lady taught me thats okay it not okay that family make me feel wrong its not its not okay for family to say i deserve anything happens to me its okay to help myself and love myself thank u Jessica xxxxx

Credit where credit is due I have just had a visit from Chris Ramsden from the damp and mould team. Very professional and polite. Explained everything clearly and he even put boot protectors on. He then rang me afterwards to tell me the plan arrangements. Communication is all it takes.

Just want to thank, Abid. Customer experience Advisor, for his professional manner, patients and understanding, in resolving a number of issue, in a very understanding and fair, manner.Due to the situation, I felt Abid, was fair and Yorkshire Housing were also fair, in resolving the issues in question.Im also greatful to Abid, and his colleagues, in their fast responce, in arranging to Finnish some works in my home,given, its the christmas period,also to be done in early January, 2026,of which im grateful to Abid, and Yorkshire housing, for their professional and caring attitude, given what had happened.But im glad this has been resolved in a very timely manner and in a a fair and respectful way.I would just also like to say,that all the Yorkshire housing staff. Ive spoken to over the past two years for differant reasons over the telephone, have all alway been kind and patient with me given my health issues and polite and professional.and I just want to wish every body at yorkshire housing a happy new year. Abid Hussain went out of his way to help me after I had 2 non show repairs in the same afternoon lovely man.
