It's always a great experience with them, buying the concentrates from them for ages. Like the taste of them, wish they would bring back some of the old flavours.

Still haven’t got my product still waiting ordered over a week ago now and don’t have any messages no notify me about my order and couldn’t seem to find anything to track my order?

Used to be a five star rating from me but they've stopped using Royal Mail for deliveries and the courier company they are using won't post them in your post box like Royal Mail used to and won't redeliver so will take them somewhere for you to pick up. If I wanted to go and physically pick them up from a shop I'd go to one of the multiple shops on my local High Street within walking distance that sell vape liquids and buy them there but I paid for a delivery to my home a random post office somewhere roughly in the vicinity of my home address is not delivered to my home. I'll be using a new vape liquid supplier from now on cos really having to collect a parcel with vape liquids that would have fitted in my postbox had the courier had a brain to do so is not the one. And I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure they've upped the postage costs now their using this courier and I don't want to pay more for an inferior service.
